Jeremy Haywood celebrated Thanksgiving a little different than most.

Jeremy Haywood, 27, beat his girlfriend to death and got to spend his Thanksgiving in jail.

On Tuesday November 25, Haywood got into an argument with his girlfriend supposedly over her cheating on him with a man in Missouri.

The couple had recently moved in with Tuckey’s mother in Clearwater from Missouri. The troubles in the relationship moved along with them to Florida. Jeanine had confided in her mother that Haywood had beaten her before but she refused to move back to Florida without him.

Tuesday night, the couple went into the back yard for what was thought to talk according the to victims mother. Sadly that was the last time Debbie Tuckey seen her daughter alive.

Once in the back yard, Haywood brutally beat Jeanine until she was unresponsive. Once she was unresponsive, Haywood ran into the house and said to call 911 but refused to say why.

Jeanine Tuckey, 34, was rushed to the hospital following the attack.

While at the hospital, Haywood finally admitted what he had done. Haygood said he head-butted Tuckey, knocking her to the ground. When she got up, Haygood choked her and then kicked her legs out from under her, causing her to fall and hit her head. Haygood elbowed Tuckey three times in the chest, an arrest report states.

Tuckey later died from the injuries from the attack.

Once she died, Haywood was immediately charged with Second Degree Murder.

Haywood is now being held in the Pinellas County Jail with no bond. Now I’m not sure if Haywood was charged with Domestic Battery at the time of the incident, according to media reports he was taken to jail on the outstanding warrant in Missouri. His arrest record at the Sheriff’s site does not indicate if he was charged with domestic battery. The Sheriff’s site now shows his arrest as the warrant from Missouri and second degree murder.

Debbie Tuckey said she never dreamed something like this would happen. Debbie also said she never heard anything and was unaware of the brutal beating taking place in her own back yard. Debbie Tuckey said her daughter never screamed or hollered for help.

This story is one of the worst, not only did a family lose a loved one from a senseless beating, but now every year during a time of being thankful this family will only have thoughts of a fatal beating that took the life of a loved one away right in their own back yard.

Not that there is a good time from crimes like this to take place, but it just seems to adds insult to injury so to speak.

Family friends were in the media stating they already have nothing to be thankful for this year and this holiday will now be a reminder of a brutal beating that took the life of a friend.

Our deepest sympathies go to the family and friend of Jeanine Tuckey. May she now rest in peace.

Abraham Briggs commits suicide as people watch and some encouraged him

Have we as a society reached a new low?

Abraham Biggs, 19, logged onto his computer and then went to Justin.TV and told his live web cam audience he was going to commit suicide. He ended up doing just that. People watched as he took pills and went to sleep and 12 hours later, the police arrive and the video ended.

Thankfully we have some people in the world that tried to talk him out of suicide. Some just did not care at all since they said Abraham was on line before threatening suicide and never done anything. Some were sadistic enough to actually encourage him to complete his suicide attempt.

Sadly for Abraham Biggs no one took action soon enough to save his life. Someone did actually contact the web site and they were able to contact the police and had them respond to his house where they found Abraham Biggs dead.

The family reported that Abraham was bi-polar and was prescribed medications to treat his condition. An autopsy concluded Biggs died from a combination of opiates and benzodiazepine

The web site has not released how many people watched the suicide take place and claim they want to protect people’s privacy.

The site, Justin.TV, provides a place to view web cams and beside the viewing window is a section to chat with the person broadcasting the cam show.

Once Biggs signed in he announced his plans to kill himself for the section for bodybuilders.

He soon put his plan into action and swallowed some pills. Biggs went to sleep shortly thereafter and appeared to be breathing for several hours after the overdose.

Some watchers tried to talk him out of suicide. Some contacted the web site and was finally able to get him the help that he needed. Sadly that help did not arrive in time.

It has been reported that several thought it was yet another fake suicide attempt since he had talked about suicide before on this site. It was also reported that several joked and left comments like lol, hahaha and OMFG.

Some people went to the media to report that his was nothing special. They think that in this day in age of sites like facebook and myspace people have to broadcast stuff like this to be taken seriously so it is actually recorded.

What a day and time we do live in. First, my concerns would lie in the fact that if this was not the first time that he had claimed on line to the viewing community that he was going to commit suicide.

Then why did no one take any action then? I mean after all it has been a proven fact that most that commit suicide have left some sort of trail of evidence leading up to the fatal event. Could these other times been an outcry for help and once again people laughed out loud and did not pay any attention to him since he had said the same thing before.

For the people that actually encouraged him, I cannot actually say what I want to say here. How sick has society become that we actual have people encouraging someone to take their own life. Could it be the need for more reality? Not sure, but I cannot comprehend how any human could actually encourage another to take his life.

I work in a field where the matter of life and death is a daily event. I know that some deaths there’s actually nothing that can be done, it’s a fact of life that people die, but to watch someone on line for 12 hours is not comprehensible to me.

The family reported this was very sudden and unexpected. His sister also said it boggles the mind and they don’t understand. They are not a lone.

I want to offer the family my condolences.

30 years for Aggravated Child Abuse and Neglect of a Child.

Darlanne Toussaint, 24, will spend the next 30 years in prison for child abuse and child neglect.

Then once he completes his 30 years, he will then be placed on house arrest for two years.

Toussaint was mad at the biological father, so what does any smart criminal do, take it out on his kid. The child was 2 years old.

It was reported that Toussaint used a hair dryer and hot oil to burn his girlfriend’s baby.

The child suffered severe burns to his genitals, chest, head and back. Now what should any reasonable person do after burning your girlfriends baby?

Yeah, Yeah, I know rush to the hospital to get the child treated.

But what did this stupid criminal do? He waited; I guess he wanted the biological dad to suffer more so he let the baby suffer more.

I guess this stupid criminal proved to the dad who the real man was. What a shame. A kid 24 years old now gets to spend the best part of his life in prison.

Now Toussaint reportedly told jurors that the boy was burned while he was given a bath.

Then my question would be if this happened during a bath, why wasn’t the baby burned all over?

It was only reported that the genitals, chest, head and back where burned, this does not sound like a typical accidental burning from a bath.

Now of course there are exceptions to every rule, maybe he was holding the baby upside down and underwater. Then the burns would actually match getting burned from a bath. Who knows, stupid criminals have been known to do some pretty stupid things before.

Maybe in his 30 years in prison it will give him enough time to realize the errors of his ways and next time he is mad at a baby’s dad he should take that anger out in an anger management class and not on a baby.

It makes one wonder what a child abuser was thinking at the time the incident occurred.

Did he think in some way it would prove him to be a better man than the biological father?

Did he think in some way if the baby felt pain, the biological father would suffer the same pain?

** Granted I know nothing of the biological father, but I would like to think he did suffer mentally because his son was abused with a hair dryer and hot oil, but the biological father actually suffered no pain from this senseless child abuse.

I’m just glad to see the courts gave him a severe sentence for child abuse/neglect.

Happy Thanksgiving

True Crime Cases by The Jakester wants to wish everyone a very Happy and Safe Thanksgiving.

We hope you enjoy your holiday, luckily for me I get to work again and miss spending this time with my loved ones.

It has become customary to for us to celebrate any holiday the following week and this Thanksgiving will be no different, we will celebrate on Sunday. The joys of working in EMS. 

Even though we cannot celebrate with you on Thanksgiving Day we still remain thankful for the many wonders we celebrate every singe day in our life.

There’s so much to be thankful for it’s hard to sum it all up in a brief post for this blog.

As a Kidney transplant patient, I remain thankful every single day of life that I do not have to go to dialysis. I thank God every single day for my second chance at life.

I remain forever thankful and indebted to my brother who donated a kidney to me. It was one of the most awesome gifts I could have ever received. Without his act of kindness, I probably would not be alive today. Even after all the years post transplant, I still remain thankful.

I remain forever thankful for my best friend John. He has been an inspiration to me and I’m thankful we have such an awesome friendship. I’m very thankful he continues to be a part of my life. (Well some days….lol. – just joking John, you know I’m very thankful)

I am very thankful for all the new friends I have met through my blog and all my old friends as well, (Did not want you all to feel left out.)

There is just so much to be thankful for.

I hope everyone has an awesome Thanksgiving and I ask that we pray for those less fortunate than we are and that we thank God for everything we have to be thankful of this Thanksgiving.

Family has one important question, Where is Jessie Foster?

Jessica "Jessie" Edith Louise Foster is still listed as a missing endangered person.

Jessie disappeared some time between March 28 and April 3, 2006. She has not been heard from since.

Jessie was reported as a free spirited young woman who got mixed up with the wrong crowd.

In 2005 Jessie traveled from Canada to the United States and eventually moved in with a man twice her age in Las Vegas.

Her fiancé, Peter Todd claims to know nothing about the case even though he was the last person to have any contact with Jessie.

Jessie told her family that he was independently wealthy (that his parents owned several McDonald's restaurants in New Jersey & around the USA and gave their sons $5,000 a month each from a trust fund, plus she said he drove a racecar) but the police believe he was a pimp and Jessie may have been one of his prostitutes.

There are hospital records of Jessie's having been beaten and Jessie had been arrested for solicitation in mid-June, about 2 weeks after Jessie became involved with Peter.

Jessie's mom talked to the owner of the escort agency that Jessie worked for, who told her several things but wanted to stress the most that Jessie was not like the other girls who worked for her, that Jessie did not use drugs and she was doing this because she was afraid not to - this woman told Jessie's mom that a lot of people were afraid of him. She also told her that she sort of took Jessie under her wing, so to speak, she said she never became personally involved with the girls but she knew Jessie was different. She would try to talk Jessie, who she called "Little Girl", into leaving Peter Todd, Las Vegas and that life and go back to Canada. She would say, "Little Girl, go home!" And Jessie would always answer, "I'm too afraid to leave".

Jessie was planning to return home (for a few days) in March 2006 for her stepsister's wedding reception in Calgary, AB. Jessie last spoke to her mother on March 24, 2006 and her older sister, Crystal, on March 28, 2006, ending the call with "I'll talk to you tomorrow", but that never happened. Jessie reported she was all packed and ready for her trip and even bought a month worth of insurance on car she had in storage in Kamloops.

Sadly that trip never took place. After the disappearance Peter Todd reported that Jessie left all of her makeup and hairdryer. Oddly enough Peter Todd never even reported Jessie as a missing person; he claimed she would leave from time to time to stay with her friends. But this time was different since no one has heard from her since.

Jessie family believes she disappeared sometime between March 28 and April 3, 2006.

Jessie last known address was at the home she shared with her pimp boyfriend. Even though he has been interviewed twice by the police, all he claims is he knows nothing about her disappearance.

This case has been filled with lies and deception. James Todd also lived in the house with Jessie and Peter, but he also claims to know nothing about her disappearance. Oddly he moved out of the house 2 weeks after Jessie disappeared.

The police need help piecing together this mystery surrounding her bizarre disappearance.

Bizarre Mystery-

There were three other women that were also prostitutes, their bodies were found dismembered and their remains had been dumped along remote stretches of highway.

The police feel there a numerous similarities between Jessie and the three other Vegas prostitutes that were dismembered since 2003.

Between March 2003 and April 2006, Misty Marie Saens, Jodi Marie Brewer, Lindsay Marie Harris and Jessica Edith Louise Foster all disappeared under similarly suspicious circumstances.

Similarities are as follows

1) All prostitutes
2) All White
3) All in the late teen to mid 20's age range
4) All with strawberry blond hair
5) All in the height range of 5'4" and 5'6"
6) All had black boyfriends
7) Three shared the same middle name – Marie.

Police now need to know if the similarities are just a mere coincidence or if there a serial killer on the loose in Las Vegas.

If anyone has any information on
Misty Saens
Jodi Brewer
Lindsay Harris
Jessie Foster

Please contact America's Most Wanted or your local police.

From Professor to Convicted Murderer. Rafael Robb sentenced to 5 to 10 years.

Rafael Robb, 58, was sentenced to 5 to 10 years in prison for brutally beating/murdering his wife.

His wife Ellen Robb was in the process of wrapping Christmas presents in the kitchen when Rafael decided to take a chin up bar and fatally beat her in December 2006.

At first police said that Ellen Robb was so badly bludgeoned, they thought she had been shot in the face.

After the brutal beating, Rafael Robb arranged the house to make it appear that his wife was the victim of a robbery. He then disposed of the murder weapon in Philadelphia.

However, with his trial, we learned the truth of the case. Rafael Robb elected to plea guilty to voluntary manslaughter. I think he plead guilty a year ago.

Rafael Robb said there was no justification for his “horrific misdeed” He said it all happened in a moment of madness.

Robb also said it was not a planned attack even though they had been fighting over mother-daughter trips to Boston and that he knew that Ellen Robb was planning on ending their 16 year marriage.

Rafael also was worried that if they divorced that he would get to see less of his daughter and he might suffer financially.

I guess each person has there own priorities in life and all of Rafael’s seemed to be based on him. He only worried about what would happen to him if they did divorce.

What a shame, too bad he could not take his anger and turn it into something positive like how can I keep my wife happy so she does not leave me? Then there would be no worrisome aggravation about losing money or not getting to see his daughter enough.

Now the sickening part of this case is this man only got 5 to 10 years for a brutal murder.

The Montgomery County Judge said he had been weighing a lighter sentence for Robb but decided against it after learning of a letter Robb had sent to his daughter trying to manipulate her.

Judge are you joking? This man got 5 to 10 years for a brutal murder. He was so violent in his attack on his wife police thought she had been shot in the face and you think 5 to 10 years would be sufficient for this piece of scum?

This case is yet another prime example of problems in the system.
Rafael lied, tried to dispose of evidence, lied to the police and press and said he did not do it and Robb even went as far to try to manipulate his own daughter after the murder

This man committed a violent, brutal attack on his own wife and you think justice was served with 5 to 10?

Even worse the judge said he was considering a lighter sentence? What where you going to do slap his wrist and give him a year of probation. Or maybe you should have given him house arrest. What a shame. This sentence is a joke for the violence he showed in the attack on his wife.

To actually beat your wife so bad that police believed her to be a victim of a shooting to the face.

Why would any court want to be lenient with a criminal like this?
Was it because he is an X-Professor, no criminal history, no prior arrest?
None of which should have entitled this man to be dealt with in a lenient manor by the courts.

This man deserved life at a minimum and honestly I think he would have been a good candidate for the death penalty and they judge thinks 5 to 10 years was an appropriate sentence.

We wonder why criminals have no regards to the courts and committing other crimes against people, here is a prime example.

Too bad he did not kill the family cat; then maybe the animal activist could have protested and ensured he got the death penalty for that crime. He surely wasn’t punished for brutally murdering his wife.

I feel bad for the daughter. I think I read she was 12 when this horrible murder took place and I think he was in the care of her uncle now.

Not only did Rafael take the life of his wife, he may have ruined the life of his own daughter. She now has to live with this for the rest of her life and I only hope she can learn to cope and deal with having a murderer for a father in a quick period of time because dear ol dad was only sentenced to 5 to 10 for this brutal murder.

The Power of the Press.. Wanted Couple found dead.

The Power of the Press.. Wanted Couple found dead.

Recently I had someone ask me about the influence of the press and how people reacted to the power of the press.

I responded by saying; the power of the press is remarkable. For the most part we the people want to have faith and belief in what’s being reported to us by the media. Some people believe everything the press reports, some dispute that same information and some of course form their own opinion. So to determine how the press affects people is really hard to tell in my opinion. I think the press does have a big influence with a lot of people.

And now we have this case and how the Power of the Press affected two Arizona women.

I posted an America’s Most Wanted Update on the Most Wanted Women.

The update included the hunt for Tina Loesch and Skye Henson. The update reported that in 1998, Barbara Loesch was electrocuted and drowned in her hot tub. Two years earlier, her husband was gunned down while working his morning paper route. Cops believe their daughter and her gay lover may have been behind both deaths -- both for revenge, and for $525,000 in life insurance.

A few hours after that story aired on AMW, someone discovered a Dodge Durango in a rural part of Tucson, AZ. Inside were the bodies of two women.

The body in the back seat was carrying Tina Loesch’s ID.

The women in the front seat resembled Skye Hanson. Both women were shot in the head.

Police have reported this case to be a suicide pact. They also reported there was an 8 page suicide note left at the scene.

Oddly enough in the 8 pages as they proclaim their love for each other they also take the time in blame hitman Bradley Steckman for the murders they were wanted for.

Police believe that Tina Loesch shot Skye Hanson before turning the gun on herself.

Give a new meaning to love hurts. If they truly could provide information on hitman Bradley Steckman for the murder then why would they take such drastic action and end their own life. Of course we will never know the answers to all the unanswered questions about this case now.

Tina Loesch's son, Kristopher, before their disappearance in 2001.

Police are still looking for Kristopher Loesch, Tina’s teenage son. If you have information about Kristopher Loesch contact the police or AMW.

The vehicle they were found in was registered to a women with past connections to Falls, Idaho. Hopefully the police can find Kristopher Loesch and he can provide some of the answers police need to close this case.

Michael Vicks… Back in the headlines.

Not in a good way mind you. Vicks is now in the headlines and the story revolves around his loses that arose from his convictions.

The paper said Vicks “lives in a prison in Kansas” The media reported that Vicks recently reported a total monthly income of $12.89.

Quite a change from what he was use to making in a month.

The media reported his income and debt.

In 2006 they reported that Vicks only made $15 million. That’s when Vicks would say a $1,000 check to his mom was “chump change”

Now it’s reported that he owes the State of Georgia nearly $1 million in back taxes.
They claim Vicks has assets of $16 million but now owes creditors $20.3 million. It was reported that Vicks had spent $18 million over the last two years along as he bounced from business deal to business deal.

Now if that wasn’t bad enough his $60,000 race horse died as well. It was reported that the horse died from colic.

Anyway, I’m obviously not an animal owner (used to own a pure breed Dalmatian) but I really don’t see this all happening over dogs.

People claim our system is screwed up and I think this is a prime example of part of what’s wrong with our system. There has to be more strict sentencing guidelines in place to ensure everyone is treated equally and fairly in our court systems.

Just compare cases here on True Crime Cases

Look at the juvenile arrested for charges related to attempted murder, walked right out of the jail in less than 12 hours after his arrest.

Look at the Onstott case, he was a sexual predator from charges of sexual activities with his own daughter, had a violent past and was recently acquitted from violently cutting a mans face with a machete. Then he murdered and attempted to rape Sarah Lunde. Where was our justice system then, they could have saved a young girls life if he had been put in prison

Look at the case in Pasco County where the young mother placed her newborn baby she had at home with no medical attention. After she had the baby, she placed the newborn in a plastic container and sealed the infant in the container. The baby died. Then hours later she rushed the baby to the emergency room and later in court, she got a smack on the wrist. Walked out a free women and the judge said it was because the boyfriend (father) did not want charges pressed on the girl. She walked away a free woman.

Where was the justice in that case? She lost absolutely nothing for murdering a newborn infant.

Anyway, this case is something. Just not sure what it is though. One would like to think that we as people would place a lot more value on human life and not so much on a dog.

I know all the animal activists are happy with what happened, I personally think they need to get a life and actually worry about and fight for issues that need desperate attention.

But to each their own as the old saying goes

Sex, Drugs and Teachers

We hear about all the different sex schemes with teachers all the time and how they “fall in love” with their students or run off to Mexico for the purpose of having sex with their teen lover or read about the multiple charges teachers are being charged with in relation to their sexual relationship with their students.

This story is a little different.

This time we are going to hear about a dope dealing teacher.
That's right a dope dealing teacher.

A second grade teacher has been arrested in Hillsborough County. The teacher was arrested as she left school.

I presume they wanted to make the incident as less stressful as they could for the children. I honestly don’t know if I would have trusted her another minute with a second grader and would have probably arrested her on the spot as soon as I had a warrant in hand. But the Sheriff’s Office elected to wait until the end of the school day to arrest her.

Please note that is not in anyway meant to be against the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office. I think they do an awesome job; I just wanted to state my own opinion of what I would have done.

Anyway, back to the story…

Valerie Elaine Sabarese, 28, allegedly sold 0.3 grams of crack cocaine and 0.3 grams of heroin to a detective. The sale took place at a convenience store on Fowler Ave.
Sabarese had been under investigation for some time and now has finally been arrested.

There was no booking information available at the time I made this post, I will check the sheriff’s site often to see if we can get a pic of her to post.

New Parking in Dunedin, FL

What’s wrong with this picture?

I know it’s hard to tell, but I got this picture from the BayNews9.com website.

In Dunedin, FL this car was cruising around looking for a place to park. Apparently they were not happy with parking on the city streets.

So they elected to go off road and find out if they could find a better place. After driving through several yards they found what they thought would be a good place to park.

A Living Room.

They ended up crashing into a house and the car ended up right in the homeowner’s living room.

Thankfully the homeowner wasn’t in the living room at the time of the accident, but his house wasn’t as lucky as he was. His house received so much damage the fire department deemed his house unsafe.

There were 4 occupants in the car at the time of the crash. 1 of which was reported to have serious injuries and transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa.

So what does one do if you are in a car crash and your friend is hurt? If you said run you are right.

The injured mans friends took off running and left him behind.

Apparently they were more worried about whatever criminal activities they were involved with instead of the friend they left behind in serious condition.

What are friends for? Sad state of affairs to be more worried about the crash than the health and safety of a friend.

Dennis Rivera – Does anyone have any updates?

I have been trying to get some updated information on the baby that was several beaten and taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital.

I have emailed several people in the media that have been covering this case and no one has responded with any updated information.

I did take a look at Dennis Rivera charges again listed at the Orange County Jail site and read there have been no updated charges or changes in his original charges.

I hope that means the baby is still alive and hopefully improving.

Some times I hate mainstream media. They report these stories to us and then we never get to hear any updates, just like this case.

All we can do is continue to pray for the wellbeing of the unknown baby.

If anyone does have any updates please let us know and we will post it.

Thanks.

What happens in Vegas did not stay in Vegas this time for OJ Simpson

What happens in Vegas did not stay in Vegas this time for OJ Simpson

According to his poll, the votes counted up like this…

A total of 646 votes

I agree 100% with his conviction 378 votes at 58%
I disagree and think he is innocent 34 votes at 5%
I think he is guilty but should not get life 90 votes at 13%
I think he should have been convicted of murder 211 votes at 32%

Seems once again the people have spoken and agree with his guilt in this crime and 211 still believe he should have been convicted of murder for his past crimes.

Once again it would be interesting to send this information to his attorneys. Again it would not make any difference in the outcome in the decision for an appeal, since the attorneys can drag this out and make more money.

The people voted and I agree he is guilty and I agree with the sentence of life.

Guess we the people don’t share the same opinion of his attorneys when they say poor OJ was just a victim of a corrupt system just trying to get even since he was acquitted for the murders.

AMW Updates – Most Wanted Women

As I have posted before about bad boys and the things they do, now its time to dedicate this post to the wicked (or wanted) women.

Make sure you check out AMW and the wicked women they are trying to help apprehend.

Tina Loesch and Skye Hanson: In 1998, Barbara Loesch was electrocuted and drowned in her hot tub. Two years earlier, her husband was gunned down while working his morning paper route. Cops believe their daughter and her gay lover may have been behind both deaths -- both for revenge, and for $525,000 in life insurance.

Jacqueline LeBaron: The search for Jacqueline Tarsa LeBaron has continued for years, but agents have not given up the search. In fact, a new picture of the fugitive has surfaced, heating up the hunt for the woman Feds are calling a vicious killer.

Joey Offutt: When Pennsylvania State Police arrived at the scene of a house fire in Sykesville in the early morning hours of July 12, 2007, they weren't prepared for everything they were about to find. Once the fire was extinguished, some shocking details were revealed, and authorities are still struggling to answer all the questions left over from that day.

Sarah Pender: Since her expertly-executed prison escape on August 4, 2008, officials have been hot on the trail of Sarah Pender. The Bobby Cutts, Jr. Poll- keep

The people have spoken out against Bobby Cutts; maybe we should send this poll to his attorneys.

Not that it would make a very big difference, since regardless of the crime or outcome, if they can drag it out even more; it means they make more money.

Has nothing to do with justice being served, it’s all about… Show me the money!!!
Anyway,

Here are the results from his poll

He should get a new trial only 21%
He does not deserve a new trial 40%
He should have been given the death penalty 69%
It was only an accident theory 9%

There were a total of 220 votes on this poll.

Jesse Trautman arrested again

At the time Jesse Trautman was 17 years old and he managed to get arrested for charges related to a shooting in May.

Apparently the shooting stemmed from a fight at Palm Bay High School. Trautman was arrested on charges related to First Degree Attempted Murder.

Trautman failed to turn over the weapon used to spray bullets into a crowded park and police felt like he was still a threat to the community.

Police tried to persuade the judge to keep Trautman in jail where be belonged. Especially since he knew where the gun was and refused to turn it over to police. What do you think the judges’ response was to the danger to the community plea?

You got it, the judge set him free. Trautman was released in less than 12 hours after his arrest.

Not a bad deal, get charged with crimes related to attempted first degree murder, agree to wear an electronic monitor, get out of jail…

What was that judge thinking? People talk about problems in the system, here’s a prime example of problems in the system. The judge himself released a potentially dangerous person back to the community. Wonder if the kid had been 18 at the time if he would have been so lenient with him.

Not the part that really makes no sense is the 15 year old that was charged with Trautman was ordered to be held in custody. Granted I wasn’t in court and not sure what transpired during the arraignment but why would you release 1 person and keep the other in jail?

Just makes no sense. Especially when the mom, Lisa Lambert said “my son has never been in trouble before, he’s an excellent kid” Maybe he was an excellent kid right up to the time elected to get arrested for attempted first degree murder.

Anyway, back to Trautman…

His freedom was short lived. Jesse Trautman, now 18, has been arrested again.

Reading some media reports said Jesse was laughing at his charges this time and why not. I mean what could be worse than walking from an attempted first degree murder charge? Could any other crime be as severe? Well maybe this one was pretty severe as I read about it all I could think of was they were trying to knock this kid out for a few bucks.

Now just so you know his laughter was about as short lived as his freedom, you’ll read why in just a minute.

Trautman had some friends over at his house and an argument took place between Trautman and a 17 year old. Trautman hit the kid in the chest with a brick and if that wasn’t bad enough his hit the kid over the head with a rock, still not bad enough… The kid was still fighting back so Trautman elected to strangle him while one of Trautmans friends stole $244 from the kid.

Trautman of course denied his involvement in this crime. But that was short lived also. Trautman later admitted his involvement in the crime according to the police.
Since Trautman is still awaiting trial for aggravated assault with a firearm in the May shooting, the judge got the last laugh this time.

The judge has now set a 1 million dollar bond for Trautman. I don’t think Trautman is laughing now.

Officers with the Crime Suppression Unit and Major Crimes Detectives said they would be at every hearing Trautman has. They want to see that he stays in jail.
The officers said “it’s a matter of public safety.”

Craigslist trying to cut down on crime? What?

Craigslist trying to cut down on crime? What?

That’s right; Craigslist finally took some action to become a little more ethical in their business.

Craigslist has now introduced a charge to post in the Erotic Services section of their website. They now actually require people to have an account and pay with an actual credit card to verify the posters identity.

I personally think Craigslist took some awesome action in an effort to clean up their site.

However, many disagree.

I was reading a blog where Craigslist said they would be working with the police and provide information as required when they received a subpoena. They want the illegal activity gone from their site altogether.

The prostitutes posting on the blog were screaming bloody murder. Here are some of the claims they have made because Craigslist wants to charge a fee…

1) They put me out of business.

A) Are you serious? How sad are you to think that prostitution is your only source of income.
B) Try getting a real job. Of course you could not work for 100-200 an hour at a real job but at least you could have your own self respect.
C) Seriously, if you charge 100-200 an hour you’re telling me you cannot afford to pay $5.00 to place your ad to continue to post?
2) Let’s boycott Craigslist; they are now the internet police.

A) Get real. Craigslist is open to the public to view and any child of any age could log into their site and see your porno pictures that are posted there everyday. I’m glad to see they are finally trying to clean up the site some.
B) Craigslist is only doing what is required by law. If they get a subpoena, they have to turn over the information the police request or they face criminal charges as well.
C) Any other site requires an account to join and payment would also have to comply with any subpoena, this is not just Craigslist. But it seems some are not smart enough to figure this out on their own.
D) Craigslist clearly stated they would comply with subpoenas, if criminal activity continued.
3) I provide a legal service.

A) Well if you are providing a legal service, then why are you even concerned? Sounds like the services you provide may not be as legal as you claim.
B) If you violate no law, then you cannot be arrested. But hundreds of people claimed they were put out of business because of a $5.00 fee. How sad.
4) I think this was one of my all time favorites, I will move to another country because Craigslist put me out of business.

A) Thank God. We don’t need you here. Move as soon as possible and let us know if prostitution is legal where you move to, that way we can send the rest of the out of work prostitutes there to work with you.
B) If it is legal in the country you want to move to you should have no problem finding work. lmao.

If you get the chance you should read the blog about Craigslist.

The link to the blog is here

If you dare to read how pathetic people are, here is a good place to read about them.

It’s sad that once again people want to take all their personal responsibilities and blame Craigslist for their problems in life.

I wish we could see responses from other sites as well that allows ads like Craigslist and see what their response would be when they were asked about what action they take when they get a subpoena.

I thought about emailing some of the companies myself so I could post the responses.
I might end up doing that at some point but for right now I will just sit back and continue to laugh at how pathetic some people actually are.

You heard of throw mamma from the train, now its drop baby from balcony, twice.

You heard of throw mamma from the train, now its drop baby from balcony,
not once, but twice.

Padmaja Enjeti, 37, said she had already dropped her 22-month-old daughter from a second-floor balcony inside her home last month when she called 911 to report the incident.

Now since it wasn’t enough to drop the baby once, Enjeti told the dispatcher, “I did it again” when she returned to the phone.

Now the defense attorney is claiming his client has mental health issues and has been suffering from schizophrenia since her daughter was born in January 2006.

I would hope that the defense would claim she had mental health issues, I cannot see a sane person dropping a baby twice over a second floor balcony.

But Enjeti tried to explain her actions. She said the baby had been fussy and would not eat. So she placed the baby in a play area on the 2nd floor in her home. The baby continued to be fussy and still would not eat. Police then reported that Mrs. Enjeti became angry and frustrated.

Once she became frustrated, she tossed the baby over the railing of the balcony.
Her response to that was 'I tried to kill her'

At the start of the 911 recording, the baby can be heard crying in the background.
"My daughter is dying," Mrs. Enjeti told the dispatcher. "I tried to kill her."
She said, "I pushed her from the stairs ... from the ceiling."

The dispatcher asked Mrs. Enjeti a series of questions, and the Plano woman said that she no longer wanted to kill her child. Moments later, the phone call disconnected. The woman called back and Mrs. Enjeti, who was at home alone, told her to hold on.

The baby's crying had subsided but resumed and grew louder, even as it seemed like she was getting farther from the phone. Then there was an audible thud and screaming.

When Mrs. Enjeti returned to the phone, the dispatcher asked, "What did you do?"
"I just did it again," Mrs. Enjeti replied. "I pushed her from the ceiling again."
She did not respond to further questions from the dispatcher and was breathing heavily.

"I'm out of control," Mrs. Enjeti said before walking away from the phone.
Thank God the baby was not seriously injured. She ended up with contusions.
The initial charge was injury to a child and latter since the child was not seriously injured the charge was changed to attempted capital murder.

Sivaram Enjeti, Mrs. Enjeti's husband, also testified during the hearing. He described how his wife had been hallucinating that friends from Chicago were in their house and invisible. She also believed that her husband was gay and having an affair, said Mr. Enjeti, who denied this Tuesday.

Because of her hallucinations he was under treatment and taking Haldol nightly until the day she called the police to her house.

Judge Dry reduced Mrs. Enjeti's bail but issued several conditions, including that she have no contact with her children unless approved by him or the judge handling custody issues.

The 22-month-old and her 8-year-old brother were both removed from the home the day of the incident and placed in a foster home by Child Protective Services.

In a custody hearing Tuesday afternoon before state District Judge Cynthia Wheless, prosecutors played the 911 recording used during the bail reduction hearing. Judge Wheless ruled that Mr. Enjeti would regain custody of the couple's children

Who not to run into when fleeing from the police

Rashaad Phillips, 21, was driving recklessly on Wednesday and being the smart guy he is, he elected to run from the cops when they tried to pull him over.

But has he was attempting to flee and not get caught for driving suspended, he made another smart move and crashed into a St. Petersburg Police Car.

Phillips ran red lights and stop signs just before the collision.
Police where also able to arrest his passenger as well.

Phillips according to the Sheriff’s Site was arrested for
Hit and Run with Injuries
Flee & Eluding Police
Reckless Driving with property damage
Driving while suspended or revoked.
Resisting an officer without violence.

His passenger Paul Patrick, 18, continued to run on foot after the crash, but deputies caught him and took him into custody as well.

His charges include
Resisting an officer without violence
Possession of marijuana
Delinquent in possession of a weapon (x2) Guess one weapon wasn’t enough
Introduce/Possession of contraband in the jail.

More smart criminals.

If I was fleeing in a vehicle and then on foot, I think I would be smart enough to get rid of any evidence I had on me or in possession of that they could have used against me. I certainly would not be stupid enough to take contraband into the jail. How stupid can people be?

So once again what does Stupid Criminals equal ??? You got it, quick arrests.

Dennis Rivera Arrest Condition of Baby Updates—

The condition of the baby has been updated today.

Some news channels reported that the Doctors are planning an Electroencephalography. (EEG)--This is the measurement of electrical activities produced by the brain

The baby is reported to have 2 black eyes including a severe head injury and bruises on the back and legs.

Now this update coincides more with the witness reports of the baby being broken up.

Which I find odd since the police report simply stated the baby was unresponsive, bleeding from the mouth and airlifted to the hospital.

I would hope Law Enforcement would be graphic enough in a report to let everyone know that’s involved in this case just how severe this case is.

I wonder if the lack of detail could explain the bond being set at $5000 initially.

Thankfully the judge over ruled that bond and still holding Dennis Rivera with no bond.

And as sad as it is to report, the condition of the baby was reported as grave.

Please take a minute and pray in honor of the unknown baby in grave condition.

The videos have been added in Honor of the All the Abused and Missing Children.

The songs, Go Rest High on That Mountain and In The Arms of An Angel were played at my grandmothers funeral, may God continue to bless her soul and I pray to God that she continues to be my Guardian Angel. I truly miss her.

Rivera 911 call for help

Orlando Sentinel has a link to the actual 911 call that was placed.

Listen to the 911 call, click here.

Also I have referred to Dennis Rivera as the dad and from listening to the call and reading reports today, he has been identified as a boyfriend.

Rivera Update

Apparently from media reports today, Dennis Rivera has admitted to beating the baby.

Now different sources have reported differently in the headlines regarding this case.

For example, one site said man arrested after toddler was found hurt and another station reported Man admits to deputies he savagely beat toddler.

And yet during his confession, Rivera claims he struck the child once with an open hand.

Apparently from reading the arrest affidavit, the baby had been fussy so the mom elected to smack the child in the face. When the baby continued to be fussy, mom asked Rivera to take over with their calming efforts of the child.

So Rivera being the man he is, elected to hit the baby one more time. He claims he smacked the baby with an open hand.

However, the smack was hard enough to cause the baby to become unresponsive and bleed from the mouth.

Now Rivera and Mom, attempted to revive the baby…

What did they do you ask? One of the dumbest things I think I have heard in a long time.

They elected to throw water in the baby’s face.

And why not throw water in the baby’s face, I mean after all he was unconscious and had no way to protect his own airway. Who am I to say? And why should we expect something other from them, instead of trying to figure out why the baby was “fussy” they elected to smack the baby in the face. So obviously rational thinking is not an issue with them.

When this failed to work, Rivera told mom to take the baby to the neighbors and call for help since they don’t have a phone.

At least Rivera was smart enough to have her call for help, it’s a shame they weren't smart enough to not to beat a baby.

After the 911 call, the police and paramedics arrived and the baby was airlifted to the hospital. Then the baby had to undergo emergency brain surgery.

Rivera elected to flee the scene before the police arrived. Now where does a child beater run too? Rivera ran to his mother’s home.

Mom did cooperate with the police and she helped coordinate his capture. She had it set up where Rivera could turn himself in to the police at an office depot parking lot.

Just sounds funny, violently attack a baby and then run to your mom… What a man.
Anyway, sorry about that, getting a little side tracked here.

Now this case got a little confusing at this point because the witness statements and the information in the police reports does not match up.

Neighbors reported the child was broken up badly and was covered in wires, yet none of the reports released today have indicated anything about wires or the baby being broken up. One neighbor said there was no way this could have been an accident because the baby was in such a bad condition.

Regardless of the confusion in the case, I just wonder what the court was thinking by only setting a bond of $5000. Just seems like a pretty low bond for someone that beat a baby to the point of needing emergency brain surgery.

I’m also a little confused as to why the mom has not been arrested at this point.
She as well confessed to smacking the baby in the face because he was fussy and yet she remains free.

I have been reading at different blogs and that some people think all they need is some counseling. WTF?

Why is it that when something this bad happens the first thing people think, the parents need to go to counseling.

I think they have passed the window of opportunity for counseling.
They are the cause of a baby needing emergency brain surgery.

If counseling was needed, why has no one stepped in before now? Surely there have been other issues with both mom and dad thinking the only way to calm down a fussy child is to smack the child in the face.

Update

After making this post, I was reading some other reports and it now has been reported that Rivera made his first court appearance today.

The Judge ordered that he be held in jail with no bond.

Thankfully the judge intervened and now has set an appropriate bond for Rivera.

Now the boy’s mother is reporting that she heard her son scream and ran in to rescue him and she splashed water in his face in hopes of reviving him, when that failed, she ran outside to call 911.

The boy’s mother also reports now that violence is a routine part of her relationship with Rivera. She reported today that she had been beaten at least 20 times in the past by Rivera. The attacks started after she moved here from Chicago in September.

The boy’s mother also reported she was not allowed to leave her house unless she was escorted by Rivera or his mother. She stated she feared for her safety if she attempted to leave.

Truly a sad situation and there is no easy solution to a problem like this. My sister was in a violent relationship for 7 years. She refused help and even moved further away from her family to make him happy.

He wanted her as far away from me as possible since I was still working Law Enforcement at the time. Not that it mattered, they lived in a different state, but he was fearful of me and with good reason I might add.

Finally after 7 years of trying to help her out, she was beaten severely and striped naked and when she escaped from the house she was running down the street naked on Christmas and she was later hospitalized for a week for her injuries sustained in her last attack.

Finally she decided that she had enough and finally left him. But it nearly cost her life before she decided to leave, so I can understand part of the reason she stayed in a violent relationship.

It still makes no sense whatsoever. With the resources we have available today there is no reason for anyone to live like that.

Even worse, Rivera’s mother had to be aware of what was going on, why did she not intervene? Was the mother in fear of her own son because of his violence? So it would be interesting to see what mom has to say.

This information has left me with a lot more questions than answers.

Baby severely beaten and hospitalized in Orange County

Dennis Rivera, 24, has been arrested for aggravated child abuse.

Rivera was at the Cypress Club Apartments, when the neighbors called 911 stating they heard a mother screaming that her child had been injured.

The police have not released a lot of information about this case at this time.

The baby is 18 months old.

Once Deputies and paramedics arrived on scene, it was determined that the baby needed to be airlifted to Arnold Palmer Hospital.

The current condition of the child is unknown; investigators are trying to keep a tight lid on this case right now.

They were kind enough to release the most important information though

1) A crime was committed
2) An arrest has been made

I would say the condition of the child is critical, since it has been reported by media on TV that investigators are prepared to upgrade the charges to murder if the child should happen to die as a result of this severe beating.

What in the world is wrong with people in this day and age?

Why would anyone have a need to beat an 18 month old baby?

Is it to be a man and make the baby listen and not misbehave or cry?

Actually as much as I would like to know more, I don’t know if I want to know more about this case. I’m sure I will post more as more information becomes available but this is yet another case where I hope they take the most severe action against the accused.

Detention Deputy Arrested again, still suspended with pay

Aaron Simpson, 28 has been placed on administrative leave with pay I might add for yet another DUI charge.

Simpson is a Detention Deputy at the Pinellas County jail and once again they process one of their own.

Now the awesome part of this arrest is one of the off duty detectives of the same department called in on Simpson to report his vehicle was being driven erratically.

Simpson was stopped in the area of Belcher Road and Bryan Dairy Road in Pinellas Park.

Simpson was off duty and in his private vehicle at the time of the arrest. (At least he wasn't drunk at work)

Simpson has been with the Sheriff’s Office over 6 years and it appears working with the inmates there he still has not learned “Don’t Drink and Drive.”

I think that is the TV advertisement we see daily on TV in Florida, they are stepping up DUI enforcement and if you drink and drive they will arrest you.

His disregard for the DUI law is apparent from his arrest record at the jail.

02/22/2008 Arrested for DUI
And if that wasn’t bad enough
11/04/2008 Arrested for DUI

After working the street as a cop, I can see making a mistake once and getting caught. Not that I agree with drinking and driving and never will, but I can see how it happens to some people.

But you would think a person in Simpson’s position would have been smart enough not to do the same thing again, especially while still out on a pretrial release for his first offense.

Personally, if I were in Simpson’s shoes, I would have done everything in my power to assure I would not be arrested again. I would have entered into an alcohol abuse program and then begged the Sheriff not to fire me for the first arrest. (If he even wants to keep his job)
But not Simpson.

Granted a DUI arrest is not the worst thing in the world, but it goes back to why I post so much about Police being arrested. This man took an Oath of Office to uphold and to maintain high moral standards in the community and yet he has been arrested twice. Sickening that a man could have that much disregard for his position and still maintain employment.

But hey why not, commit a crime and get paid leave until the matters are resolved in court. Its already been 9 months since his first arrest, so I wonder if the Sheriff will continue to pay him for 9 more months (or longer) until this matter is resolved.

Nice to know that instead of replacing him, we are leaving an opening at the jail to leave his co-workers even more short handed. What a system we have. Gotta love it, especially if you commit a crime and continue to get paid for doing absolutely nothing.

6 additional life terms for confessed child killer

Joseph Edward Duncan III, 45, received his final sentences Monday for the torture and slayings of an Idaho family.

But its not over yet, he may go to California for additional charges against him for a 1997 abduction and murder of a 10 year old boy.

Duncan III, is already serving 6 life prison terms. Duncan was given the death penalty in August.

Duncan had targeted the children and then he kidnapped a 9 year old Dylan Groene and his sister Shasta who was 8 at the time. Duncan held the children for weeks in western Montana. He tortured and sexually abused both children.

Duncan eventually murdered Dylan. Shasta was rescued after being held for 7 weeks.
Duncan in his stalking and targeting of the children had to murder the rest of the family in order to abduct the 2 children.

Their mother, Brenda Groene, was murdered along with her fiancé Mark McKenzie. Duncan also murdered their 13 year old brother Slade Groene.

"By any stretch of the imagination, your rampage ... exceeded the bounds of human understanding," the judge told Duncan. "These crimes ... were unfathomable, cruel and sadistic."

Right now they are not sure where Duncan, 45 will be held. They may end up in California since he still may face the abduction and murder charges there.
Duncan was a convicted pedophile and he said his violence was motivated by a need to seek revenge on society.

First, I understand the need for the California family to have closure in this case and a conviction may help them with that process, but why would we even consider moving this piece of crap anywhere other than to the Death Chamber?

I think he has more than enough convictions that he should be put to death tomorrow.

Do they really need to risk moving him anywhere? Has he confessed to those crimes or would he confess to them. He has pleaded guilty to these crimes so instead of moving him anywhere, why not ask if he would plead guilty and then let him attend trial by video. Just my thoughts.

The court offered Duncan a final chance to explain his actions or offer remorse to the Groene family and all he had to say after he quoted a biblical passage all he said was “he cared very little about being judged for his crimes.”

Then Duncan was ordered to pay $100,000 for the counseling and treatment for Shasta. Even though the court acknowledged Duncan is unlikely to pay.

Duncan pleaded guilty to 10 federal crimes stemming from his kidnapping and sexual abuse of the children and the murder of Dylan. Three of those crimes qualified for the death penalty, which he was sentenced to in August.

Duncan has 10 days to file a notice of intent to appeal his federal sentence.

During his federal death penalty hearing, prosecutors spelled out the grim details of the weeks the children were held captive. Steven Groene was in the court while this happened. Steven is the father of Shasta, Dylan and Slade. There were also members of the jury at the sentencing on Monday.

X Police Officer Jorge Arbaje-Diaz Arrested.

X Police Officer Jorge Arbaje-Diaz Arrested.

A NYPD officer betrayed his badge by working for a gang that stole $20 million in cocaine from drug dealers and then resold it on the streets.

This piece of trash was even on duty and in full uniform with gun, badge and handcuff when some of the illegal activity took place.

Arbaje-Diaz is 30 years old and he was charged in Federal Court for his role in at least 100 robberies along the east coast.

He now faces life in prison; sadly the courts cannot put him to death for his crimes. 100 robberies and some while in uniform.

A Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agent said the crimes… are a slap in the face to the vast majority of law enforcement officers who are dedicated to upholding the law.

Now NYPD is back pedaling, they are now reviewing his application to see if they missed any red flags. Seems some of his robberies took place prior to joining the force.

The NYPD said this is the highest form of betrayal.

Arbaje-Diaz was even stupid enough to post on his Facebook bragging about his love of money and his love of his job with NYPD.

Arbaje-Diaz is married and has two children. He also elected to post his favorite movies on Facebook also, guess what they are… Scarface, Corrupt Cops and American Gangster. His Favorite TV show was Law & Order.

Seems there is also a retired NYPD officer involved in the robberies as well and he is still under investigation.

In some of the crimes, it has been reported that they would hold some of the victims heads underwater to make them talk so they could get the information they wanted about drugs and here’s one right from the movies… Some of the victims reported they would take pliers and squeeze their testicles.

They believe the robbery crew netted more than $200,000 worth of drugs and thousands in cash from the robberies Arbaje-Diaz took part in.

It was also reported the thieves would wear flak jackets and would flash badges and occasionally would pull people over in a police style traffic stop. The thieves had cars equipped with lights and sirens.

Overall they would carefully pick their victims and its was reported they stole some 750 kilos of cocaine - worth $20 million - and $4 million in cash.

Investigators recovered over 70 kilos of coke and 20 guns.

Most of the attacks occurred in Queens, the Bronx and upper Manhattan. Cops said the ring also targeted dealers in Florida, North Carolina, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.
