Lights, Camera, Action… Again
Has anyone been following the Phil Spector case?
Did you see the outcome of the case on Court TV?
After 5 months of trial the case has finally ended. It ended in a mistrial.
Oh my God. This jury had the “smoking gun” evidence to convict him of murder and the trial end as a mistrial. Is this the Light, Camera, Action in the court room? Or could it be there was a reason to declare a mistrial? From hearing from 3 people on the Jury there was no reason to have a mistrial in this case.
I think this case is a perfect example of Lights, Camera, Action.
Phil himself made a statement to his hired hand, “I think I killed someone” and sure enough someone was dead and the jury could not reach a verdict that he was guilty of the murder. Goes hand in hand with what’s wrong with the world today.
The chair person of the Jury spoke of how great our Justice System is, well I would like to say to the chair person of the Jury that our great legal system just failed once again.
How funny is this, a 10-2 vote and the two that voted not guilty wanted a psychological test on the dead girl to see if she was suicidal. How insane is that? They needed a psychological test of a dead person. Then the chair person of the Jury talks again about how great our Justice System is. They also said some had a problem with his statement that he thought he killed someone. One could only hope to have a jury like this if they ever commit a crime.
Harlow and Joe are in jail purely on speculation of the prosecution, they have no evidence to prove Harlow or Joe committed any of the crimes they are charged with. This case makes Harlow’s and Joe’s acquittal even more possible. If they can keep the liars… damn it man, I mean lawyers retained. If I were Harlow I would be demanding a speedy trial. This case should give anyone in jail or prison new hope. Just make sure the prosecution does not have that psychological test from the deceased.
Sorry, never have had much use for lawyers in general.
