Information
New information…
Wow it has taken a couple day of reading in between all the overtime shifts at work to get caught up on everything going on.
There has been some very interesting reading on line about this case.
But at the same time when it was all said and done, I have missed nothing much at all…
Mr. Kocis sues Harlow and Joe for the murder, wonder if his attorney has talked to him about suing other people if they are named as people involved in this case when it finally makes it to trial. The things that make you go hmmmmm…
Harlow gets a new attorney
And everyone seems to be posting the Arrest Affidavit.
I have a copy of the arrest affidavit and it would seem the only logical reason for wanting to post it is to make sure certain bloggers actually know what it says.
Since a number of bloggers have changed or attempted to change the meaning of the arrest affidavit. Maybe some bloggers want to set the record straight.
I wish them well because one thing for sure with this case, regardless of the truth of any matter in this case we have bloggers that are trying to change the truth or making it up to suit what they want to believe. Then they become upset when everyone does not believe the option they may have in this case.
Then I read somewhere Rob was posing as a Federal Agent on line. If some would take the time to read what he is writing, I would have to say he could not be involved with any Law Enforcement agency in the USA.
Where did he post that he was a Federal Agent? Did I miss something somewhere?
It would not surprise me if he did post something like that to try to prove he knows more than anyone else, but I could not see Rob posing as a Federal Agent.
Who else is involved in this case?
That seems to be another hot topic with new theories and possibilities. Is any of it true?
Who knows?
I don’t.
I have said time and time again there had to be a lot more to this case than what we all know right now. When you do read the Arrest Affidavit, it lacks a lot. Regardless of what any poster wants to say, the Commonwealth has to prove every detail beyond a reasonable doubt and that has not happened as of yet.
So it will be interesting to say the least to see how everything plays out when the court date does arrive.
