I have been trying to get caught up with everything happening with Harlow and his case.
During some reading and catching up, I did manage to take time to take a peep into Elm’s crystal ball and was able to read some of the information presented in a two hour disposition by Grant.
Funny enough Grant was there for some time alone. No Sean.
Some of this reading I found particularly interesting.
We have the unknown bloggers (Jim, Rob and others) saying whatever they want regardless of the truth. They want you to believe that Harlow was infatuated Sean. They want you to believe that Harlow needed Sean to live and survive.
Now in this disposition that has been turned over to the defense (almost 5000 pages was turned over in discovery) There were several parts that would seems to disprove people like Jim and Rob to name a couple.
Of course getting a little off topic here, I find it more interesting that it was reported that Dewayne was at Black’s Beach the day Sean and Grant participated in the sting operation. Now the really cool part of Dewayne being there was everything that Sean said about him in the transcript of the beach tapes were “inaudible”.
The crystal ball said it was a weird phenomenon. Every time Sean spoke of Dewayne there was a gas vapor forming from the water and would block the mic so no one could hear what was being said about Dewayne. Of course the crystal ball said that Harlow and Joe both got the opportunity to see Dewayne there and the crystal ball said that Sean was freaking out over him being there. Amazing how much you can see in a crystal ball.
Yeah, I was asking the same thing, according to the crystal ball Dewayne was not invited to be at the beach when this went down. So why was he there? We will have to keep looking deeper into the crystal ball and see what else we can learn.
Now some of the most interesting parts had to do with some of the statements that Grant actually made.
Now not to go into a lot of detail of what was released in the discovery but there are a few things I think I should mention.
First and foremost would be the statements Grant made under oath about Sean being infatuated with Harlow. Seem Sean took whatever measures to get to work with Harlow.
Sean contacted Harlow time and time again asking him to “cam” with him and Grant said something to the effect that he could see it in Sean’s eyes. Grant could see the infatuation in Sean’s eyes.
Yeah, I said the same thing. With this being such a hot topic, you would think that Grant would at least support his lover.
I cannot wait to hear Jim’s version of this statement. I doubt he has been able to see any of the information in discovery, so what could he say? Well as usual I’m sure he will say a lot.
I think that will be enough from the information listed in the discovery for now.
Now the crystal ball also said that the hearing for Harlow scheduled for the 15th would probably be postponed. The legal team appointed for Harlow and his paid attorney are working to file motions about who will represent Harlow in trial.
They have an agreement worked out and it will be presented to the Judge for review and then appealed if he denies Harlow his right of selected paid counsel.
Well I hate that I missed this last month. A lot of happenings going on and I still have a lot of reading to do.

For some time now I have been posting things about who you are and why are you blogging about this case.
Seems some people that claim they are posting under their real name have lied. Not that this is of any surprise.
One certain blogger posting under the name of Geoff that was nice enough to send a bible and other book to Harlow to be a smartass. He seemed to forget that when that package was shipped, it was shipped out with his name and home address.
Well as the crystal ball shows us more and more, the actual truth is coming forward slowly but surely.

Well I can't say for sure if Dewayne was at the beach the day of the recording but he was aware of what was going on.
The possibility of him being there is really quit interesting because he seems to be well awware of what was said even before the transcripts were released.
I was in contact with Dewayne and Joe and Harlow that weekend on several occasions and I never thought to ask if he was there on the beach.

Funny you would mention infatuation because that would sure be the appearance of the motivation for Harlow and Joe to have flown out to San Diego, the aftermath of which was a drunken Joe having to be removed from the airliner by flight attendants.
Good of Barry, the john, Taylor, their lawyer to have greenlighted their trip that you poohpoohed.

Interesting. You have said in other forums that you had the rare communication with Harlow and Joe. Another contradiction. If in contact on several occasions that weekend, your words here, that implies you had numerous contacts with them prior. Jim found that earliest instance as having the date of 20 March. Then, we have you on another forum, just recently, informing us all that you advised Harlow and Joe not to come to San Diego because they could be arrested.
Intriguing.
Wrap your head around the idea that Harlow confessed being inside Kocis' house with Joe waiting in the rented SUV when your heavy breathing isn't fogging up your fairie crystal. One of those idiots delivered the death wound. Nothing changes those facts.

I don't seem to think anything about you writing all of the blogs; however, you did write "Harlow's Response" to Dewayne's open letter, and I was not alone in that surmise over at PC's Blog where you chose to deliver that same response.

I am aware that the books I had Amazon send Harlow in order to be a smartass had my real name and return address on the shipping form. Harlow was polite enough to send me a thank you note. Harlow has my real name and address, as do Sean Lockhart and Dewayne. I assume it is now common knowledge, since all three gossip a lot. Maybe I should post facimiles of my birth certificate, FL DL, FL CWP, and FL teaching credential along with my DD-214's , DD-1879, and OPNAV5620. I have run for public office in Florida, and my campaign contribution and spending records are available online. I guess I don't understand the threat here or how I could possible be in jeopardy. Chinchilla Jim has blogged that Elm thinks I don't exist.

I wonder what else Harlow and Joe sent to Damon Kruezer in the period May-July 2007 that Kruezer HASN'T revealed or disclosed - yet?
MY crystal ball tells me that ONE OTHER MAJOR topic came up in Kruezer's May 14th interview with Harlow and Joe that he recorded and is holding onto, UNPUBLISHED, on legal advice.

The crystal has a serious flaw. Brent Corrigan is not calling adult film quits. Turns out he tried an April Fool prank. Brent has stated as much on his blog his most recent post for 3 April.

I have seen clearly into the crystal ball.
There are not a lot of flaws in what I have read.
I don’t know anything about Sean Lockhart nor have I posted anything in regards to his intentions of calling it quits in adult films. I don’t even know what he has posted since I seldom ever go to his blog.
Maybe he should. He still has a web site with nothing there but a blog and of course the auction for you to buy more of his underwear.
