Is this not the man that I have asked several times to remove my blog link from his blog and he repeatedly has refused to comply with my request?
Is this not the man that I accuse of being scared?
Is this not the man hiding behind a screen name?
Is this not the man that continues to post to my blog time and time again?
Is this not the man that I have made my personal thoughts of him very clear and have asked him time and time again why he even post to my blog? Always with no response I might add.
Is this not the man that if you ever question he never answers your question?
Is this not the man that his only proof of anything is “see I told you so?”
Never any documented facts, never actual transcripts, never actual copies of receipts. Just his opinion and god fearing proof of “see I told you so”

Then to make bad matters even worse we now have BB defending Jim.

What the F*ck BB? He is only open to other opinions as long as they are his opinions. From day one of me posting and blogging about this case he has never once answered a single question, he has never posted an opinion followed up with facts.
He has made many factual claims that have been proven wrong time and time again. (See the discovery information that the defense has now.)
Maybe you guys can ask PC to post those 5000 pages. Oh yeah thats right, PC will probably never see that document since he has no inside source anymore. What the F*ck?
Not to mention every other actual document. His has only been able to post opinion he wants to pass off as fact. Well those days are over BB. The actual facts and testimony that the State has compiled at this time are available and has been reviewed by the defense. Rest assured these facts do not coincide with the opinions of Jim or Rob. .

Poor Rob is right there with Jim. Pretty scared, hides behind a screen name and seems he cannot answer any question asked of him. Not once since I started blogging has Rob posted any actual documented facts. But he was kind enough to post this to my blog---
I find Jim as objective as anyone can be and like me, he will confront with facts and that makes Jim and I allies. I don't care for Jakester and his personal attacks that he is trying to pass off as fact.
Like I said before Rob, every time you post you dig yourself place yourself higher and higher on Mtn. Shitmore.
For example: with your recent post to my blog talking about my conversations with Elm. We have never spoke to one another and the majority of the 10 emails we sent back and forth a year ago certainly does not mean he has given me any detail of this case. I don’t save emails or conversations like PC has, nor will I. But once again Rob you have proven that you know absolutely nothing.
You guys have never once presented with facts, only your opinions. Your only fact has been “see I told you so”

what you may have missed, slob makes claims, once those claims are proven to be lies, he sides with the person who has provided proof with the truth.
jim does not bother me, he never has. he does his thing, i do my thing re the blogs. we comment to each other on our posts rarely. the comments are never attacks.
slob and elm is another matter. they pull stories out of thin air and present it as truth. when they are called out on their lies, they scream "let the court deal with it", backtacking at its worst.
then there is you jakester... we too have different views, yet not once have we attacked each other. we have always answered each others questions because they are asked respectfully, without making digs or accusations to one another.
many other bloggers could learn from that. however for most it is too late.
oh almost forgot pc, he posts information and many legal items i'd not find on my own. he is very helpful with legal questions i have asked. if he did not know answer, he says so and finds the answer. i am very appreciative of that.

You know about lies. You had to lie a lot for Kocis while he was alive. Unfortunately, he sold you out in a deposition.
The stories you say are your capers with Kocis. You hypocrite you were in telephonic communication with Elm until you had a falling out with him. Odd that is. Moreover, you had a falling out with Juiien, with Jody Wheeler, Dewayne, and Albert and I just pointed out that on the previous blog that Jim does not give you UNQUALIFIED SUPPORT for any position you hold.
As for Jakester his is the special bleating of a guy who does not like Jim or I using facts to point out the fallacies of his arguments.
Elm is responsible for his own facts or the lack thereof, take it up with him. Nothing from the Preliminary Hearing Testimony or the Black's Beach Tapes backs up any version of events he paints for Harlow and Joe.
To paraphrase Robert, "[Cad and Robert] pull stories out of thin air and present it as truth." Yeah, that just about sums it up.
Robert mistakenly labels me with Elm's fake patriotism as in this Robert quote, "when they are called out on their lies, they scream "let the court deal with it", backtacking at its worst." What I have consistently said is that Harlow and Joe were properly arrested for their part in this murder. They sitting in jail without bail, awaiting their trial, for first degree murder and arson charges.

Rob dear I hate to hurt your feelings but you are wrong again. I have never had “telephonic” communication with BB or Jakester. I have spoken to you on the phone several times and you have always claimed the same line of bullshit. You seem to think that your words on these blogs hold value. You are very wrong about that. Your constant claims that BB is Robert are becoming laughable. BB and Robert are two different people and we all know that. You even know that because you told me so. You also told me in several of our many phone conversations that you thought Robert killed Bryan.
You claim that I make up things out of thin air, well so do you. You’re the one who posted on my blog claiming you were a federal agent for one. You got pissed at me when Damon picked that up from one of your sloppy posts on my blog. Your claim that Sean has two birth certificates. You are the one who told me that there was a big secret investigation into Bryan’s underage porn connections yet you denied that when in fact it is the truth. And I got that bit of information from several reliable sources and you were not one of them. You are also the one who tried to lie to me about Harlow having a plea deal. Yes Agent Rob you have lied and it pissed you off that I would not go with your lies. You lied and said that I contacted you yet how would I do that if I did not have your email address. Yet mine was posted on my blogger profile so anyone could contact me.
As far as phone conversations with other bloggers you apparently don’t have a clue as to which bloggers I have actually spoken to. Oh yeah and the claim that I circumvented Jail house security, I find that funny because the only way that Joe or Harlow can contact you is if you are on a list and they call you collect. There are no collect calls on any of my phones because I don’t accept them. Agent Rob I am not on that list and they have not called me since they were in jail. Agent Rob pull your head out of your ass and stop lying about what I have said because anyone can read my blog and see the truth and you my dear are not telling it.
Your claims that I posted lies with regards to Joe and Harlow are a sack of bullshit. What I posted came straight from the newspapers. The camping trip and Harlow’s alibi were printed in the Times Leader.
They were not true but you claim that I concocted them and that is your way of proof that I lied. Well if I lied then the newspaper did too. That little stunt that PC pulled was because he thinks that I had something to do with his source drying up and he was pissed off about that. So he printed our instant chats (out of order I might add). Then Jim jumps in and claims that I knew Joe and Harlow had massive debt and I lied about it.
Well I might add why would I trust PC when I did not even know who he was and he came to me for information and he in turn did not get what he was looking for. He dropped all kinds of hints trying to fish for info. He even said who his source for information was in Virginia Beach in one of our chats yet he did not post that one. The fact is that Joe and Harlow did not have anything repossessed or any credit judgments against them before they were arrested. As far as I was concerned it was none of my business about their finances. I know that they made plenty of money to keep their debts paid and the trouble with their finances did not start until after Bryan’s murder.
PC took it upon himself to get they’re credit reports which I might add is against the law yet you applaud him and make me a villain for pulling Sean’s DMV record to prove that he was actually under age when he worked for Cobra. Yet you both claim that Sean is so innocent in all of this. He may well be but you claim that I conspired with Joe and Harlow and that I aided and abetted them and helped them avoid being arrested and that is more of your bullshit Agent Rob. You and I both know why the FBI was involved in this murder case and the truth will come out. Maybe I will just have to tell it.

Good point, we do have 2 different views and not once have you called me a liar or posted it on your blog that I am aware of.
I don’t read Jims blog, however, I did have a portion of it emailed to me and when he posts things like “Elm was a liar, just as Jakester, Renee, Angel of "Truth" have all been liars, intentionally spreading bald-faced lies about this case.”
I just think he is asking for anything that may happen to him. He is only man enough to post to his blog and stay hiding behind that screen name.
I would dare to say he would never say the same things he has said on line to my face as he has in hiding.
That where my problems come in to play. It has nothing to do with any typed word he may place on my blog. His words mean the same thing to me as what Rob means to you.

Part of the reason I started my blog was in the beginning when I first learned of this case, Jim and Rob always said I was a liar and was changing what I said. Now what I say is in print and they can no longer claim that.
However, they still claim anything they want about me and neither have a clue as to who I am, what I do, what I have done and certainly know nothing about what I believe or where I get my information from.

The whole thing about the CCTV and Robert's car at Bryan's house. Robert fleeing from the crime scene and being photoraphed there on the night of the murder.
All of it is interesting and Rob is the one who told all of it to me then he posts it on my blog and claims that I said it.
My favorite was the plea deal though. He started that one and tried to get me to go with it.
He also claimed that Joe was framing Harlow and that is when we had our falling out and he turned against me and started to attack me.
It all plays out on my blog in posts and comments. he even claims that he has a file on me. I am so scared.

Once again Elm and Robert, the CCTV is mentioned by Sean in "Siren's Tale." I also know that Kocis updated his home security system after Sean's departure in Summer of 2004. The updated system was a webcam system.

My dad was suffering from his last illness, hospitalized, and in agony from his cancer. I had scant time to be talking with you at all. I did post. But you did call me while I was at the hospital and on my way with my mother to a status conference with my dad's oncologist and GP. I told you I had no time to talk with you. My dad was in the hospital for two weeks with pneumonia, then released for home care. I drove him to his radiology treatments because he had a tumor that had migrated into the bone of the right forearm and shattered the bone so completely that his doctors could not repair the damage. Because the nerve was exposed, he was in constant pain. You try driving with a passenger with a badly damaged arm. He felt every bump and defect in the city street and told me so. Even with reduced speed, my dad was in agony. This factor required pain medication be administered as specified and on time. A big part of last days were spent being with my dad and my mom, not with you on the phone. I was present when my mother watched my dad be loaded on the ambulance for the drive to the hospice in which he died. Hey Jakester I heard that they can't prove that the cameras found at Joe and Harlow's were Bryan's.
Detective Leo Hannon said in court that they could not prove 100% that the cameras were Bryan's.
This is from the court hearings last week.
