Bad Boys doing bad things, Cop arrested.
While looking over the accidental shoot case in Lake Wales, I happened to come across this case.
A Lake Wales police officer was arrested. Robert Hendrix, 25, was accused in May of having an inappropriate relationship with a 16 year old girl he met at the police department. He was placed on leave without pay.
Mr. Hendrix is also charged with arson and insurance fraud. It appears there was a fire at his home 7 months ago.
He is eligible for bail if he can come up with $115,000.00
Which should not be a problem since he and his ex-wife was able to collect $180,000.00 in damages from the insurance company.
Hendrix told officers that the gang members sprayed graffiti on his wall threatening to “burn” him since he has “burned them”
I wonder if they actually spray painted that on the walls. I will burn you since you burned us.
According to Hendrix, members of the B street gang broke into his house the day before the fire. I wonder if there is any picture evidence of the graffiti.
I guess he done the right thing by sending his wife and three children to a family member’s house the day of the fire. Hendrix said he woke up alone that night to the smell of smoke.
Hendrix’s attorney made this statement "They're probably going on a witch hunt against Mr. Hendrix."
