It doesn’t pay to drink and drive…
Just ask James Michael Ferguson, 21, arrested for DUI after he crashed into an unmarked patrol car.
Ironically, the patrol car belongs to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.
Care to take a guess which division the patrol car was assigned to?
Ok, if you give up I will tell you.
The car was assigned to the DUI Enforcement Division Sergeant.
The Sgt. was in his car just prior to the crash but ran when he realized Ferguson wasn’t attempting to avoid the collision.
Ferguson’s 1993 Ford Escort and the Dodge Intrepid both had a lot of damage.
Ferguson’s breath test showed he was twice the legal limit.
