Burglary Suspect shot and killed with his own weapon

A suspected burglar was shot and killed with his own weapon. The suspect, Lajuan O. Dandy apparently broke into a duplex and when the owner came home he was confronted by the armed suspect.

The victim fought with Dandy and the gun fell to the floor and the victim was able to shot the suspect with his own weapon.

Police are still investigating and believe that a second suspect was able to flee the scene after the shooting.

Now on a personal note

It’s sad that a victim had to shoot someone in his own home.
