I have elected to start a blog for Joshua Rosa.
Since there has been so many request for help and request for information about
him, I though it would be good for him to have his own place in the blogging world.

So check it out and let me know what you think.
I am asking anyone with pictures of him to please send them to me so I can use them on that blog. I only have a select few from his court dates and prison mug shot and don't really want to use them on his blog.
We are waiting for Joshua to respond so we can make that an official blog for him
so he will have a way to communicate with his friends and supporters.
Please keep in mind that blog is solely for those that support his innocence and for those that are concerned about him.

With some of the recent comments and emails regarding Joshua Rosa
I did elect to start a blog just for him and his comments.
Please start posting your comments on that blog.
I have also come to realize a couple of things regarding this case
1) Regardless of his reasons if he needs help, he has to take some action.
He himself must be willing to communicate with everyone blogging about this case and without his input; the blog for him will be deleted. If he is not looking for help, there is really nothing anyone could do to help him out.
2) The trial is over. Period. Regardless of what you think about the trial, it really makes no difference at this point and time.
Regardless of what you think about the evidence, forensics, DNA, whatever, none of it makes a bit of difference at this point and time.
The jury had no problem finding him guilty with the evidence presented and he has been convicted.
If you are truly concerned, we as a group need to find out from Rosa himself what he wants done or even if he wants help with his current situation and then go from there.
I sorta elected myself to be the un-official blog master for him until we hear from him.
There are a lot of people that are still concerned that the wrong person was arrested and seem to be willing to help out, but emailing me and telling me about evidence and DNA is doing nothing but wasting time, time Rosa doesn’t have I might add.
His appeal time limit has already expired. I don’t know if something has taken place on the appeal or not, nothing is listed in the court files. So I don’t know if it’s an issue of the court being behind in updating files or if his attorney took care of the fees associated with the appeal.
In the court file, Rosa had 3 options to get that matter corrected. So I guess we wait for find out if anything is going to happen as far as an appeal.
Sadly without Rosa, regardless of what we want to do to help, none of that will matter either. We can have the best thoughts and ideals to help him but if he refuses help, what can we do? Nothing at all.
So there has been yet another letter to Rosa and we are waiting for a response from him. Sadly this time if there is no response, I will officially close this blog for any comments regarding Joshua Rosa.
