Saggy pants, not in my courtroom! one judge said...

Circuit Judge Daniel Perry sent over 100 inmates back to jail because some of them wore pants low enough to expose their tighty whiteys...lol...

Well I don’t know if it was tighty whiteys or boxers, but one thing for sure, the judge is not going to be looking at anyone’s underwear in his court.

According to the media, on Wednesday, Perry sent 71 inmates out of his courtroom because several of them were wearing their pants so low their underwear was exposed.
On Thursday, another 39 inmates were not allowed to appear before the judge because one inmate's pants sagged.

The sheriff’s office said that inmates are not allowed to wear their pants low in jail, but apparently some deputies issued uniforms to inmates that were too big to be worn properly.

Now I don’t agree with seeing someone’s underwear, but why would one want to show off their backside in jail? I would think in jail, I would be sitting a lot and keeping my mouth shut. lol

Certainly would not want to be showing off anything that may be taken in the wrong way by bubba.

Anyway, the sheriff is planning on fixing this problem and inmates that need them will have new uniforms issued.

Out of the 39 sent back because 1 person was saggy, sucks for the 38 others. How bad would that be, to be in jail and needing to see the judge for bond and get sent back because of saggy pants someone else had on. Not only did they get sent back to the jail but now would have to wait until they can get back in court again.

Oh well, I guess it would be best not to violate the law and not get arrested in the first place.
