How smart is it to shoot at someone with a gun? Especially when that someone is a Deputy Sheriff…

More stupid criminals hard at work and this time it seems their failed plan to shoot and kill a deputy backfired and landed all 5 of them in jail.






This incident took place in the Pine Hills (or Crime Hills as one person called it) in Orange County early Saturday morning.

Apparently someone in the area called police to report there were some men loitering and prowling around the neighborhood. So of course the police responded to find out what was going on.

Once a deputy arrived on the scene, he decided to investigate on foot so he parked and hit the street looking around and then he noticed a group of people and once the group saw the deputy they got into a black car.

Now if they had been smart criminals, they would have just driven away right? Well these “smart” criminals decided to drive around and look for the deputy. So as all 5 of them sat in the car, they started pulling up and then backing up trying to find the deputy.

Once they thought they found him, they decided to open fire on him.

Of course if you shoot at the police, what’s going to happen? That’s right they will shoot back.

And the deputy did open fire on them and then the car sped away.

Of course if you shoot at a cop, he will do what? Oh yeah, call for back up and of course any and every available officer will respond. As back up was responding they noticed the car and they were able to get the car stopped and arrested all 5 suspects.

One of the occupants in the car was a 15 year old boy. He had been shot and was taken to the emergency room for treatment.

The officers were able to arrest all 5 with no other shots being fired. During the investigation the police found a 2 guns and some body armor.

The police also reported the group is being investigated for other crimes that took place in the area.

Now how stupid are these criminals? If you are out on a crime spree, why would you take the time to shot at a police officer?

I would thank if I were a criminal and I was out on a crime spree, I think I would want to keep as much distance possible between me and the police, but hey who am I to say.

This group consisted of

3 adults – one of which was a female
2 teenagers – nothing like being a good role model for a kid.

Hopefully these scumbags get charged with every crime they have ever even thought of committing and they get to spend a lot of time in prison and think about the errors of their ways.

Of course with the teenagers we know that probably will not happen they will get another smack on the wrist and told not to do that again and sent back out to the street.
