Breaking News... Not...

Breaking News, This just in... Not...

With all the blogging over the Kocis case, I wonder what people are going to talk about now? Since there seems there will not be a lot going on in this case until we are closer to trial.

Other than motions and petitions being filed, I’m sure some will not have anything to talk about when it comes to Harlow and Joe. So what will the blogs turn to for the breaking news until we reach the Dec 21 court date and the March 2008 trial? Good question.

I hope that some will take some time to reflect on what has happened so far in the course of this case. We have had people making wild and bizarre claims as to what and why it happened, we have had people flat out lying to gain status all in the name of support of Harlow, we have seen people flip flop back and forth in what they want to believe, we have people screaming as loud as they can Harlow and Joe are guilty and then scream others are involved, but yet you cannot post anything bad about the others involved without some heated debate. This has been one of the craziest cases ever to follow. This case has brought out some of the most cruel and unusual people ever.

I have followed some other cases closely and this one takes the cake so to speak. Now it makes me wonder if the craziness is in part to blame on this case being in the gay community. None of the cases I have followed (not on this blog) all involved straight people. Some straight people have had and still have active blogs and a steady cash flow from donations for people convicted of murder. The straight people have supported one of there own. One straight case I followed the defendant was guilty as sin, the evidence was there to support the death penalty and just he still makes a lot of money from his monthly donations. Harlow asked his community for help and what happened? Refer to rule number 1 in the gay handbook, add drama to any situation. This case (on line) has been filled with drama and dramatics. Is it truly gay people could care less if Harlow and Joe get a fair trial? Do people actually think the Public Defenders office can provide a fair trial? I personally hope that some of the bloggers never need an attorney and then they have to depend on the Public Defenders office. The Public Defenders seems to be under paid and over worked and usually don’t have the time to dedicate to any case to ensure Justice does prevail. I do think some Public Defenders will provide a fair trial to any defendant but in some case evidence and major players in cases falls through the cracks and in this case it’s the last thing I want to see happen. All of the truth needs to come out in this particular case. Not one stone can go unturned throughout this case and all the others involved needs to be arrested and brought to Justice.

So as we have a break in the discussions regarding this case, I truly hope some people can reflect on some of what they have said and done so far in this case. I have never been one to wish bad things on people but I do believe in karma and I sleep better at night knowing what goes around comes around. I do feel sorry for some when the bad things happen to them, God will truly have to have mercy on their souls since they have been so nasty and vile in blogging about this case.
I hope the liars have a little karma first. Since I was a child I was taught to be honest and truthful and in this case liars have tried to prevail to get the status they want in on line blogging. I still don’t know what status some think a free blog will accomplish in life but I guess as the old saying goes, to each their own. I just have no use or respect for anyone that lies. So when certain people had to lie to obtain status, they got status here… probably not the status they wanted but they did reach a new level of status.

So in closing it should be interesting to see what some are going to talk about now. It could even be fun to watch what used to be one post being broken into several parts to have information to post on the blogs.

As we know the wheels of Justice seem to turn slowly and now all we can do is hurry up and wait for more breaking news in this case.
