"The Day After... The Arraignment"
The Citizens Voice reports
A subdued Cuadra maintained his innocence, saying "I didn't kill him” and that it was "not right" the Luzerne County District Attorney's Office is seeking the death penalty in the case. The 26-year-old also insinuated two men named Brian (I guess he meant to say Sean) and Grant knew more than he did about the murder
A much more defiant Kerekes verbally attacked the Pennsylvania State Police as he was escorted into the courthouse by sheriff's deputies for seizing his and Cuadra's assets. The 33-year-old said he believes money was taken from him and Cuadra - his romantic partner and business partner - in order to limit the quality of defense they can mount against the charges
"I'm very angry they took $200,000 of our money," Kerekes said emphatically. "We need money for an adequate defense."
WNEP16 Reports
Cuadra said the people responsible for Kocis's death are two other men involved in the gay porn industry. "It's not right. I didn't kill him," Cuadra said. When asked who did Cuadra said, "Ask Shaun and Grant."
In court Thursday Kerekes and Cuadra pleaded not guilty to a list of charges including criminal homicide and arson.
A Luzerne County judge also set a trial date for March 24. "We need an adequate defense to pay for these experts who will prove that we are innocent of the murder of Bryan Kocis," Kerekes said.Prosecutors want to try the two men together, but its possible defense attorneys will ask for a severance, for Kerekes and Cuadra to be tried separately for Kocis' murder.
I posted that there was no surprise that Harlow and Joe plead not guilty. Now the arraignment is over and now its time to start preparing for the trial.
Interesting that it was reported they need a status conference in this case. It was reported that there are several issues that may need to be addressed before any trial could take place. What are the issues? What needs to be worked out before a trial could take place. I mean after all the prosecution claims they have all the evidence needed to pursue the death penalty so what needs to be worked out before trial? Is this just the Judge checking in on the progress of the case and an attempt to maintain order of this proceeding?
I guess many will have opinions about this, but I guess we wait for the Dec 21st date to see what takes place in this case.
I also read Joe is upset over the State of Virginia seizing the money. I honestly don’t blame him (them) for being upset. It would have been one thing if the State of Virginia had charges against the two men, but they don’t. My question is how many times has the State of Virginia seized property without charges being filed? How many other prostitutes have lost everything including home, cars, computers and money?
I also find it interesting to see the statement from Harlow when asked who committed the crime; His response was “ask Sean and Grant”. I have said from the beginning of the case that those two know a lot more or are involved in a lot more than we know at this time. I cannot and do not see other people just volunteering to help the police in a sting operation just because they are nice guys (the recent articles proved how nice they are) and want to help the police in a murder case.
My opinion still stands that Sean and Grant are involved in this case. No one has proved me wrong in my opinion. Some have tried to convince me Sean and Grant have been exonerated in this case because of the articles that were published. When I read the articles the only proof of their innocence was statements from Sean and Grant. What else could they say in an interview for the magazines? They so far have avoided arrest and for them to tell the truth in the articles could have brought an end to their freedom.
People want to scream that Robert is involved and he may very well be. It seems some have tried to cover up Sean and Grants involvement by introducing Robert into the equation.
I wonder what ever happened to the DA making the statement he has not ruled out more arrest in this case. Is the DA suffering from “tunnel vision”? I truly believe there is a lot more to this case than what has been presented so far. For the sake of all those involved, I hope not. I join Elm in his statement of wanting the truth to prevail in this case. I personally feel like the actual person(s) responsible are not in police custody at this time.
Also just a little side note, this is the first time I have seen anything from Joe that referred to them as "we". Normally Joe has spoken only for himself and sometimes what has appeared to be against Harlow.

Note to Damon, Matthew, Marc, Jon,
When you are selecting a screen name for the day, try your real one. Not one of the many that you use. If you are truly trying to support Harlow, one would think you would have your real name out on line every time someone turned around.
You ask why people think you are delusional
1) You cannot post 1 issue without changing the meaning of that issue
2) You cannot decide what you believe
3) You have many fake worshipers speaking so highly of you. (and believe it or not those are the only people talking highly of you)
4) You want strings attached to your support (book deal, I want to be with Harlow)
5) Your support has flipped flopped so many times no one knows what to believe when it comes to you.
6) This list could go on and on, but I think you get the point.
If you truly support Harlow, then support him. Stop with the delusional bullshit you post every day and actually try to be positive support for Harlow. Be a man for once and stand up for what you believe and stop using delusional people to fight your battles for you.
Even Elm once upon a time welcomed you to comment as you, not as one of your screen names. You cannot even understand the simple concept of being man enough to post as yourself. Your actions have seemed to ban you from many blogs.
Hopefully this gives you some insight as to why people think you are delusional.
Not to mention the definition of delusional reads 1. False belief- a persistent false belief held in the face of strong contradictory evidence, especially as a symptom of a psychiatric condition. 2. Mistaken notion- a false or mistaken belief or idea about something
great post and I hope the unmentioned one gets it.
I hope he does as well and I'm sure with all the Matthew, Marc and Jon post he will get it. :)
