Time for the Polls…
Since I have started this blog I posted different Polls on my blog. I wanted to see if I would get feedback from those actually reading any of my post and to get a general consensus of where people stood in this case. I also wanted to know that I was not the only person that felt like there was a lot more to this case than we know right now.
Since I have been following this case some have screamed at the top of their lungs trying to prove Harlow and Joe are guilty. Granted there have not been a lot of votes but the votes that have been placed speak a lot louder than anything certain other posters can scream.

The first Poll was the involvement of Robert Wagner
Out of 18 Votes
11 People thinks he was involved in this case.
3 People thinks he was involved with help from Sean and Grant
2 Voted for him being innocent of all accounts in this case.
2 voted for him being guilty and should be arrested.

Next we have the Poll for the separation of trials.
Out of 15 votes
4 Voted yes there needs to be separate trials to be fair
3 votes for there only needs to be one trial
1 vote for there only needs to be one trial since they are innocent
7 voted for there only needs to be one trial since they are guilty.

What do you think Sean and Grants involvement are in the Kocis Case?
Out of 20 votes, here is what the people have said
Only 2 votes for none whatsoever
7 votes for some but not guilty of the crime
1 for they had dinner and planned this
And 10 votes for they just had dinner.

What involvement do you think Joe has in the Kocis case?
Out of 19 votes
14 for guilty as charged
4 for involved, but not guilty as charged
1 for innocent
And 0 for innocent but involved

What involvement do you think Harlow has in the Kocis Case?
This is the most interesting one of all I think.
Out of 19 votes
11 for Guilty as charged
2 for involved, but not guilty as charged
5 for innocent
1 for innocent, but involved.
Now as some keep screaming as loud as they can that Harlow and Joe are guilty as charged, we need to look at the numbers of what the people have said so far. Certainly not a unanimous vote.
We also need to remember that in a court of law any polling of the jury requires a 100% vote.
This is not the case with Harlow and Joe, granted people think things look worse for Joe, but as some scream they are so guilty, the polling to date does not prove all of the people feel they are guilty as charged. Again in court this is not a majority rules type of vote it has to be a unanimous vote. There is no exception to that rule.
People seem to forget that there neighbors, friends, co-workers or family member may be on the jury for this case. So far the evidence that has been presented obviously has left a lot of doubt in the mind of the bloggers and it makes me wonder what will happen in the minds of the jury as they listen to all of the circumstantial evidence they hear on the stand during the trial.
I find it funny that certain posters still post that they are going to face the prick of the executioners’ needle but we have not heard one single word in the trial of this case.
Certainly everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but the majority of opinions may be wrong. As people continue to condemn Harlow and Joe they need to remember that the voices of the polls have been heard. The polls have said there is not a unanimous opinion of guilt in this case. (As many posters seem to believe)
I know that regardless of what is posted about this case at this point and time really makes no difference, certain posters will believe they are going to face death or life in prison. I hope this post will make certain posters think about what they are saying when they make an entry on certain blogs. There has been no unanimous vote, oh yeah we have not even made it to trial yet. That will be the only vote and voice that matters in this case.
With the doubt left in the mind of the bloggers, what will the evidence say to the jury of 12?
** I wanted to make this post when we had 12 votes but unfortunately I missed the votes when they got to 12. Just to prove to certain bloggers that there are still people in the world that uphold the given right to be assumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law and not everyone believes everything the State has presented against Harlow and Joe.

Hey jakester I liked your post it made very goog sense and maybe some of the readers out there will understand that just because you read the opinions of a very vocal feww it does not mean that all of us hold the same opinion.
Thanks Elm,
I would like to think that certain bloggers are smart enough to figure out a lot of things on their own, but as I have learned some are pretty simple minded and nothing said will change anything with them.
Yeah, from your polls, the majority believe the grifting clods are guilty of murder as charged, and those results are polled only on the basis of information presented to date. Tellingly, Sean and Grant are believed by the people who have bothered to vote to have had dinner with the suspects only.
Encouraging news; people are not as gullible as others might like them to be.
I do believe the police end of the criminal justice system is working as it should.
Rob,
Thanks for your comment. I'm a little suprised to see a comment from you on my blog. But it's all cool.
Thanks for posting.
