Charles Scoble charged with killing his 3 month old son.

First degree murder and child abuse are the charges. Charles Scoble has been arrested since detectives said he caused the death of his 3 month old son.
Scoble, 23, from Gibsonton was arrested on Friday. According to the media and reports, his son Nicholas, was willfully and intentionally injured. Nicholas was in care of Scoble when he was found not breathing in his crib, the child was taken to Tampa General and later pronounced dead. Investigators said he was seriously injured.
According to media reports the autopsy listed the cause of death as “homicide”.

Scoble was a pizza maker (not that it matters) at Little Cesar’s in Riverview.
His charges are
1 – Murder in the First Degree Felony Murder- Domestic Violence
2 – Aggravated Child Abuse – Domestic Violence
3 – Murder in the first degree – Indictment
4 – Aggravated child abuse - Indictment
