Is the Javon Dawson investigation now officially over?

Is the Javon Dawson investigation now officially over?

As posted here before the State Attorney, Bernie McCabe ruled the use of deadly force was justified when Officer T. Nemeth shot Javon Dawson at the graduation party in June.

The Dawson’s asked Gov. Charlie Crist to conduct yet another investigation into this case.

The Governor in turn asked the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to review the investigation completed by State Attorney Bernie McCabe.

The FDLE did in fact review this case once again. The FDLE ruled that the State Attorney conducted a complete and thorough investigation in this case.

Wonder what the Uhuru thinks about this ruling.

Seems once again all the claims the Uhuru has made has no basis as a factual complaint.

They claim this was racially motivated. No evidence found.
They claimed people needed to fear the police, no evidence found.
They claimed he was not armed, evidence proved he was armed.

Not to review the entire list, but I just wonder what they plan now or will the Uhuru now finally allow this case to come to a rest and let the family actually morn the loss of their loved one without more interference and misguided direction.

This case is truly a tragedy, a young man lost his life and now a family is left to suffer. Sadly groups like the Uhuru wanted to come to town, ring bells and blow whistles and protest in front of the police department to prove the police were wrong and they even tried to instill fear into a community by trying to make them believe the police could not be trusted or even respected. But once again after yet another investigation no evidence has been presented to support any claim the Uhuru have made.

Hopefully they can leave this family alone and let them morn the death of a loved one without all the false hopes and promises of seeking justice in a case that has been ruled justified. (again)
