4 Teenagers charged with the sexually battery of a 13 year old boy

At Charlie Walker Middle School in Tampa, 4 teenagers have been arrested and charged as adults. They have been charged with the sexual battery of a 13 year old.

These 4 boys sit in a juvenile detention center as the victim recovers from his abuse.

The 4 teens bullied the victim for weeks prior to the attack. There wasn’t a lot of information released about the what happened and what the teens done to bully the victim around, so we have to leave it as they bullied the victim.

Then on April 30, the bullies took it one step further and sexually abused they victim. 2 of the teens held the boy down while the other two sexually battered the boy with objects.

There has been no mention of what actually took place or what objects was used on the boy.

The parents of the victim were un-aware of what happened until they received a call stating an incident had taken place on school grounds.

Now we will have to see how the courts handle 4 teenage boys on sexual charges. It should be interesting to see how the courts handle this case. I know it has already been released that the 4 teens will be tried as an adult and with some of the cases we have recently reported on with teachers having sex with students; I have to wonder if the courts will take the same lenient approach with teenagers.

Guess we will have to wait and see what happens….
