Willie Clark sentenced to life plus 1,152 years. Wonder if he will ever make parole?

That’s right a life sentence plus 1.152 years.

I doubt if this guy will ever see the light of day again without looking through the bars of the prison.

Of course this day and age it’s no telling, they might appeal and win since such a sentence is cruel and unusual punishment. Just joking, I think they probably should have just sentenced this guy to death.

Is there really a reason to keep someone alive to serve life and 1,152 years?

Anyway, regardless of what I think

Willie Clark, 26, was sentenced to life in prison plus the 1,152 years for the shooting death of the Denver Bronco’s player Darrent Williams.

Willie Clark was a member of the Crips street gang.

Hint here for all people considering joining an illegal street gang,
DON’T DO IT. YOU COULD END UP WITH CLARK SERVING 1,152 YEAR (PLUS LIFE)

Clark was not a very outstanding member of society. Clark had prior felony convictions and was convicted of 16 counts of attempted first degree murder and aggravated assault.

Maybe his criminal history advanced his career in the street gang, but it certainly done nothing but add over a 1000 years of prison time to his sentence in the eyes of justice.

Talk about another senseless murder, this definitely qualifies as senseless.
The murder took place outside of a club. Williams and some of his teammates were there for a New Year’s Eve celebration.

Apparently Clark was jealous that the club was showing preferential treatment to Williams and his teammates. Clark apparently started some type of altercation inside the club and Williams and his teammates decided to leave.

As they were leaving the club attempting to get into the stretch hummer, Clark drove by and his SUV and started shooting. Clark sprayed the hummer with bullets and struck Williams.

Sadly for teammate Javon Walker, Darrent Williams died in his arms.

To make matters worse Clark was seen smiling in the court room. Family of the slain football player had asked Clark to show some remorse for what he done and instead of remorse he was seen smiling.

Maybe this murder qualifies him for another tattoo from the Crips gang.

This is about one of the most senseless murders I have read about in a long time.

There was nothing that I have read so far about what the preferential treatment was.
Was it that the footballs players got drinks faster than Clark?
Did they get appetizers and Clark did not?
Did they get more free peanuts than Clark?

Regardless of whatever Clark thought it certainly did not call for the murder of any person.

Even though this murder was senseless and the murderer showed now remorse for the killing, what do you think about the sentence?

Do you agree with the sentence?

Anyway, I don’t follow the NFL any more and have not for several years but it’s just sad that a player was murdered for no reason at all.

I personally think they should have sent him to the death chamber (as with any murderer)

Darrent Williams

May He Rest In Peace.

Arrested made in the brutal Georgia Trailer park murders.

Guy Heinze, 22, was actually the person that called 911 to report finding his family dead. Heinze told the dispatch “My whole family's dead!"

Heinze had been arrested for evidence tampering and drug possession and according to police was not listed as a suspect in the 8 murders of his family.

However, once he was out of jail on those charges, Heinze was re-arrested and charged with 8 counts of murder and criminal attempt to commit murder.

The Glynn County officer with assistance from other law enforcement agencies and volunteers diligently investigated this case and was able to make an arrest.

Even though the police did not call him a suspect, I found it a little odd that he was arrested for evidence tampering. Why would he be tampering with evidence if he had nothing to hide?

Of the 8 murdered, 4 were children.

The Chief of Police said this was the worst crime in his 25 years on the force.

The police said that the 12 minute 911 call that Heinze made did provide some of the only details about the crime.

During the call Heinze said that he found one member of his family alive and that he was barely breathing. His cousin Michael had Down syndrome. Heinze was screaming his is alive, he’s beat up and his face is smashed in.

This brutal murder had the entire community on edge and some of the people in the community were critical of the police because of the lack of information being released by the police.

Hopefully now the members of the community can rest a little easier now knowing that Heinze has been arrested.

But none the less, during the time they were looking for Heinze, people for the first time ever locked their doors and kept loaded shotguns and firearms just in case there was a violent murderer on the loose.

Child Killer in jail…. Matthew R. Wyrosdick arrested.

Matthew R. Wyrosdick, 32, has been arrested for aggravated manslaughter after he abused his 1 year old nephew.

Zachary Cole Johnson was airlifted to the hospital emergency room where he later died from his injuries.

Wyrosdick called 911 and told the medics that Johnson fell and hit his head on a coffee table.

According to the doctor, the injuries Johnson had did not match what Wyrosdick said.
Even the medical examiner stated that the injuries were consistent with “shaken baby syndrome”

The day after the baby was airlifted to the emergency room, Wyrosdick allowed the police into his home and they video tapped a demonstration by Wyrosdick of how Johnson was injured.

Apparently Wyrosdick conscious got the best of him and he called the police several time and said that he needed to talk to them. Then he elected to be truthful and tell the police what really happened to the 1 year old.

The affidavit reports that Wyrosdick became upset with the 1 year old because he would not sit down at the picnic table.

So Wyrosdick elected to pick up Johnson and shake him which in turn caused his head to snap back and forth. Then if shaking the baby wasn’t enough Wyrosdick said he violently put Johnson in the seat.

Now if that wasn’t bad enough, when the 1 year old fell off the picnic table he hit his head and Wyrosdick became more angry and picked him up and shook him some more.
Then the child killer decided to make the child walk and grabbed the kid by the arms and spun him around and caused the child to hit his head on a stair railing.

Wyrosdick still decided this wasn’t enough punishment for the 1 year old, so in his statements to the police, he dropped the child to the floor 3 times from different heights.

Needless to say after his second video tapped confession, he was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail.

Wyrosdick is being held with no bond.

What a scumbag. Sadly we will have to pay for this man to be in prison for a long time. Wouldn’t it be so much cheaper to shake him, hit his head repeatedly and drop him from various heights until he dies?
