Child Killer in jail…. Matthew R. Wyrosdick arrested.

Matthew R. Wyrosdick, 32, has been arrested for aggravated manslaughter after he abused his 1 year old nephew.

Zachary Cole Johnson was airlifted to the hospital emergency room where he later died from his injuries.

Wyrosdick called 911 and told the medics that Johnson fell and hit his head on a coffee table.

According to the doctor, the injuries Johnson had did not match what Wyrosdick said.
Even the medical examiner stated that the injuries were consistent with “shaken baby syndrome”

The day after the baby was airlifted to the emergency room, Wyrosdick allowed the police into his home and they video tapped a demonstration by Wyrosdick of how Johnson was injured.

Apparently Wyrosdick conscious got the best of him and he called the police several time and said that he needed to talk to them. Then he elected to be truthful and tell the police what really happened to the 1 year old.

The affidavit reports that Wyrosdick became upset with the 1 year old because he would not sit down at the picnic table.

So Wyrosdick elected to pick up Johnson and shake him which in turn caused his head to snap back and forth. Then if shaking the baby wasn’t enough Wyrosdick said he violently put Johnson in the seat.

Now if that wasn’t bad enough, when the 1 year old fell off the picnic table he hit his head and Wyrosdick became more angry and picked him up and shook him some more.
Then the child killer decided to make the child walk and grabbed the kid by the arms and spun him around and caused the child to hit his head on a stair railing.

Wyrosdick still decided this wasn’t enough punishment for the 1 year old, so in his statements to the police, he dropped the child to the floor 3 times from different heights.

Needless to say after his second video tapped confession, he was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail.

Wyrosdick is being held with no bond.

What a scumbag. Sadly we will have to pay for this man to be in prison for a long time. Wouldn’t it be so much cheaper to shake him, hit his head repeatedly and drop him from various heights until he dies?
