The Today Show, Larry King Live, Oprah and now the Anthony’s… What?

Maybe we should start a new TV series just for the Anthony’s so they can be on TV and proclaim, whatever it is they are trying to proclaim for parents of accused child murderers.

Sound like it would be a good show, right…

Well maybe not, the Anthony’s for some reason wants to keep national attention in this case and personally I’m sick and tired of even hearing that name…

Some claim the reasons are since they got a bad wrap in the start of this case, they wanted to appear on TV and let the world know they are everyday good people.

But at the same time during every interview we have seen nothing but lack of cooperation from the Anthony’s as that Anthony temper flares up from time to time.

So have they really done anything to help the case against Casey? One would think their attorney would be smart enough to have them exercise their right to remain silent. But sadly the defense part of this case hasn’t been known for being very smart… I do have to give them an A for effort, they are trying.

I mean after all there are rumors and speculation that one or both of them (George and Cindy) knew about what happened in the very beginning of this case.

We have read media reports of thief, lack of support, Cindy wanting to adopt Caylee, to stories of incest in the family.

Maybe they actually want to come clean at this next show on Larry King Live, maybe they decided to tell the world what they really know…


Now the really sad part is we have put them in the spot light for whatever reason.
Of course they may be working with the attorneys in an attempt to have a change of venue in this case and have the actual trial moved to Miami or somewhere where they have not flooded the media with bogus reports of the family doing nothing wrong and we need to find a baby sitter that does not exist.

This case wouldn’t be near as bad If they would just shut up and let the system process Casey and get her in trial so we can find out the truth. I personally think each time the Anthony’s have opened their mouth on TV they have lost more and more credibility. They don’t have a lot left to lose in this case, except the life of their daughter. Yet they continue to go on national TV and say things like they cannot find out the truth until the trial is over.

And on a side note, Cindy was on TV and said she could not ask her daughter if she killed Caylee, I got to say bullsh*t on that one… If your daughter/family member was accused of murder, what would be one of the first questions you would ask them? Did you do it? The bizarre behavior of the Anthony’s has been present from the very start of this case and it still continues to this day…

Personally I think they know that Casey is nothing but a cold blood child killer and they are grasping at anything they can to help the defense to create such a public interest in this case that they can get change of venue the defense thinks they need. The sad part of this case is that regardless of where the case is heard at the end of the trial, Casey will then be a convicted child murderer instead of accused murderer like she is now.

To even make a bad matter worse, we have the tough economic times and we have to wonder who is paying for all of this? Is Larry King Live paying the Anthony’s to attend his show?

How is the defense being paid, who is footing the bill for all these experts and games that the defense is playing?

Why do we as a society allow such things to happen? This case is yet another prime example of why I hate defense attorneys, but at the same time, if I were ever to be arrested I would probably call Baez.


Especially since this case has been covered in so much detail, it has become obvious that Baez, regardless of guilt, will do anything and everything to try to change that in court. Seems the more evidence the state turns over, Baez and his dream team of attorneys and experts come up with new exciting ways to try to prove the state is wrong.


Right, wrong who’s to say, a little girl lost her life and the mother that had the responsibility of caring for this child failed, and she failed miserably. Even if they defense can get a single juror to think she is innocent, I think she still deserves to dies since she allowed her own daughter to die in the manor she died.

I just wish I could be there to put the duct tape and heart shape sticker over the mouth of Casey when she is convicted of murdering her daughter.

More Twists and Turns… In the Casey Anthony Case.

This case has had so many twists and turns of events it’s almost hard to keep up with it all.



The new evidence released in the case talking about the duck tape and the little heart shaped sticker placed on the tape, what sick people we have in this world. To take a life of a child and then place a heart shape sticker right over her lips on the top of the duck tape for all to see when she was recovered.

I have almost got to the point of not reading anything regarding this case. Part of the lack of interest in the case is the defense attorneys. I’m so sick of hearing that now since the remains have been recovered that the state has to work to make the evidence fit the crimes that Anthony has been charged with.

That statement alone tells me one thing, the defense is scared and really has no interest in the truth of this case and trying to avoid all personal responsibility that Casey Anthony has in this case and place that blame on someone else. Why not place that blame where it belongs and not try to accuse the state and or police for evidence tampering and trying to “make the evidence fit the charges.”


The defense wants to try to get one person to believe the state cannot prove their case beyond any reasonable doubt so they are trying their best to get the doubt in the public view so when the trial does start that 1 person might be able to make a difference in the outcome of Casey’s trial.

It goes back to a post I done talking about defense attorneys have seemed to have lost the entire concept of what the purpose of a defense attorney is. There main goal is suppose to be that the defendants rights are not violated during trial or other legal proceedings.

Now the defense team has tried to destroy every piece of evidence in this case and get that doubt into the minds of the people that may be serving on the jury.

One has to wonder if the defense has actually learned the truth of what has happened in this case and what there motives are in this defense.


Some people think it’s just a traffic defense attorney trying to make a name for himself and gain any and all publicity he can regardless of the truth of the matter in this case. Could the people believing this be right? Could be, I don’t know.

I think one thing the defense said will stand true, there is a lot more to this case than any of us know right now. Granted there have been thousands of pages of documents released to the defense regarding the case, but I still think there is more.

For me it started when the private investigator hired by George and Cindy.

He’s goals should have been to assist in proving that Casey was innocent, but now with his findings it appears they are going to help the prosecution more so than the defense.

Talk about a strange turn of events. Makes one wonder what the defense is hiding right now in this case.

Now another major twist and turn in this case is the new attorney for George and Cindy are now claiming he is the one that is requesting immunity for his clients.


Now granted this may happen in some cases but why would George and Cindy even need immunity? They claim they have been truthful and cooperative with the investigators but what would they know that they would even need immunity in this case?

Usually immunity would occur when someone worked out a deal with the prosecution not to be prosecuted for their involvement in certain crimes. Yet the Anthony attorney wants people to believe that he is doing everything he can in the best interest of his clients.

Now granted, I realize this is just circumstantial and may prove to mean nothing but I look for this to add to the twist and turns in this case. Just my opinion, no fact, nothing personal, just an honest opinion. One question I would like to ask the attorney is why? If they are innocent as they have claimed, why would they need immunity?

Not that I would ever expect to get an honest answer from an attorney, but it would be interesting to say the least to hear his response to that question.

Now even today more twists and turns taking place as this case progress.

George Anthony was reported missing. They said he took off with some pills and pictures and ended up in a motel in Daytona Beach and started sending text messages indicating that he wanted to end his life.

The police went into action and quickly located George in a motel by using his cell phone pings and then he was baker acted.

This case has involved so much already and now we add the FL BA-52 to the list of events in this case.

Granted my heart goes out to George and Cindy they lost a precious grandchild. I could never imagine the stress they have suffered because of this case.

But at the same time now with all the new twists and turns in this case, I wonder if the truth of the case is not causing him more problems than the arrest of his daughter.

I know that may sound a little cold hearted and I’m sorry for that but it’s just another nasty fact in this case. Is George’s problems directly related to the loss of Caylee or is there more twist and turns in this case.

I will applaud the defense for there quick statement and thanking the sheriff’s/police departments involved in saving Georges life. That was about the only statement I have heard from the defense that was actually worth repeating.

The evidence in this case that has been recovered seems to be piling up more and more and as more of it becomes public it becomes more disturbing.

I read part of something that was talking about a clothes hamper or basket, plastic bags, duck tape and that sticker, computer searches of terms like chloroform, neck breaking, acetone, how to make homemade weapons from homemade objects.

Even more disturbing than the evidence is the fact that Casey on two different occasions tried to tell her father and or police where Caylee was and her attorney was quick to stop her both times.

The case even has gone back in history to even include incidents of incest. This case has had so many twists and turns in it and has covered almost anything anyone could possibly imagine.

For the life of me cannot get that sticker out of my mind. Why would anyone murder a child and place a heart shaped sticker over her lips?

Even though my heart goes out to all of the family (except Casey), I still remain suspicious of their involvement if any.

As much as I would like for this case to go to trial tomorrow and be over, I realize that is not going to happen and guess we will have to continue to endure the minute to minute updates regarding anything about the case against Casey Anthony.

The remains are Caylee Marie Anthony.

Dr. Jan Garavaglia, Medical Examiner for Orange County announced on Dec. 19 2008 that DNA test have confirmed the skeletal remains found on Dec. 11 belonged to Caylee Anthony.

Dr. Garavaglia reported that the bones where not intact and there was no trauma to the bones prior to death. The doctor said the caused of death would be listed as homicide by undetermined means.

The remains were recovered less than half a mile away from the girl’s home.

It has been reported that the utility worker called the Orange County Tip line on Aug. 11, 12, and 13, 2008, and told police to search the site were the remains were found.

Police say a deputy was sent out to the area on the 13, but found nothing.

Police are investigating the calls to determine if the tips were handled properly. Police say the area was searched in the past, but the grounds were flooded.

Police say they will continue to investigate Caylee's murder, but after following up on more than five thousand tips, the mystery of where is Caylee is finally over.

The medical examiner also reported that according to policy the first person notified was Casey Anthony.




Casey Anthony has remained in jail since July 2008.




Casey still claims she had nothing to do with her daughter's disappearance.

Caylee Anthony – Could it be her remains that were recovered?

I know I said I was going to wait for the trial to take place before I made a post on this case. But with the remains of a small child being found, I changed my mind. I told a friend of mine just days before the remains were discovered that the searchers would never find Caylee. I told him some one would accidently stumble across the remains just like in so many other cases.

That’s exactly what happened in this case. A utilities worker decided to go into the woods to relieve himself when he found a plastic bag and when he picked it up, a skull rolled out of the bag. Or depending on which media story you read, he looked into the bag and seen bones in the bag. Either way, they police were notified and they took control of the crime scene.

Now we have people all in the media claiming they were there and just feet from the location where the remains were found even though the search leaders reported the area to be underwater during the times they were there searching. Then the search leaders also reported that the second time there, the area was fenced off and yet we still have people in the news saying they were within feet of the remains. Even more interesting one search leader was in the media claiming to have had awesome insight in that area and called off the search there so the searchers would not push the remains deeper into the mud.

A lot of this case has been based on the same. Lies and deception. From the very first report of Caylee Anthony being reported missing.


Her own mother,Casey Anthony, has done nothing but lie from day one of this case.

Now as much as I believe people are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, I also believe Casey Anthony has been guilty from the very beginning of this case.

Even if by some miracle, Jose Baez, can prove she is innocent of murder, she will always be responsible for the death of her daughter. She had a responsibility as a parent and failed.

Her failure cost her 3 year old daughter her life and now the media has made a 3 ring circus out of the finding of the remains. Honestly, I expected nothing more from the media. I just don’t understand the need to have minute to minute updates in this case. Granted to case has received national attention and has many others looking to help find Caylee. But I don’t see the need to promote a killer or promote the fact that the remains of a child have been recovered.

When asked before about the power of the media, this is a prime example. The media has interviewed some of the searchers and allowed them to make statements like, they know it’s Caylee and being there on the crime scene is helping them bring some closure to this case. How do these people know anything? They are not with the police or FBI and have not even as much seen the remains but are being allowed to be on the news claiming they now have closure. Are you joking? Why does are media allow such irresponsible statement to be presented to everyone following this case.



I think at some point and time, we the people need to take Sheriff’s Kevin Beary advice and stay away from the crime scene and let the police work. The police have a hard enough job without having to worry about people flooding the crime scene. The police only have the task of recovering evidence as small as a hair and the obligation to try to reconstruct the crime scene so the guilty can be effectively prosecuted.

That should apply to the media as well. Granted some see the death of a small child as breaking news and they think they have a right to be there to report the facts, but can we at the very least get some confirmation of facts before they allow just anyone willing to talk on TV to make statements without any proof of what they are saying. People have already identified the body and haven’t even seen anything on the crime scene.

I think the Sheriff said it best. He is not in the business to speculate, he deals with facts. Granted I know we are all entitled to our own opinions but I find the behavior of the media in this case inappropriate. Why couldn’t the media express concern to the deceased and show some sympathies to the family. After all a small unidentified child was found.

Of course then we have the defense team attempting to interfere with the scene and evidence. Even though the remains have not been identified, they still think they should be there so they can work together. Next joke. I think the defense team should have stayed home where they belonged. If there is an issue with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and FBI’s crime scene technicians or the manor in which the medical examiner identifies the remains, they are of course allowed by law the results of all findings through a discovery motion.



The defense claims they just want to work together, but even as pointed out in court during the emergency motion hearing, the prosecutor brought it to the judges attention that the defense was allowed to be there while the car was being processed for evidence and less than 24 hours later the defense experts were on different news stations releasing information to everyone in the world and then the defense has to gall to claim they need a change of venue in order to get a fair trial.




Goes right back to the defense attorneys and the games they play. As sickening as this case has been it has also been reported in the media that Casey Anthony has wanted to cooperate with the police and her defense team has put a halt to her cooperation with the police. One would think even the defense team would only be interested in finding Caylee and not so worried about trying to prove someone was innocent of the crimes she has been charged with. One would like to think the defense team only had the best interest of Caylee in mind and finding her. Of course this case was a little different since she was charged before Caylee was found.

Now with that out of the way, I thought I would go on and add a post about Caylee Anthony. I would like to get some feed back on what you think about this case. Even though I might not agree with the defense in this case and the media coverage of this case, I would like to hear your opinions of this case.

This case has encountered almost anything that anyone could imagine.

From June 9: Casey Anthony said that on June 9, she dropped Caylee off at a babysitter who lived at the Sawgrass Apartments. She said the babysitter's name was Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez. Of course I don’t think I need to point out that story turned out to be false.

Now I do find it funny that a person actually named Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez is suing the Anthony’s for slander.

So we started with lies and deception. From the very beginning and its amazing that it was not until July 15 2008 that Caylee had been missing since June.

Then in July, Casey lied once again about working for Universal Studios. After Casey took the police to a building at Universal, she admitted she was no longer employed there.




There has been speculation of family involvement in this case, right along with accusations of incest. And its all been front page breaking news for the media circus covering this case.There have been so many twists and turns in this case, it’s no wonder no one knows who to believe.

While understanding the position of the grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, I feel bad for them. Their life has been a living hell to say the least. I have had the utmost respect for them in maintaining the belief that Caylee was still alive and for all the hard work, time and dedication they have shown in trying to find Caylee.

I found a recent interview with them on TV talking about Caylee coming home because they missed her so much. I thought that was a very touching interview.

Now please don’t misunderstand me with this, I think there have been things that have been questionable with them as well, but that does not mean that I don’t feel bad for what they have been through.



No one should ever have to endure what they have. No one should ever have to go through something like this in life. But sadly we still have people with no morals, people who don’t care, people who think they can do whatever they want and show no regards to anyone, these people are criminals. I only hope if nothing else, this case brings about more severe punishments for people like Casey Anthony.

The lies, the deception should never be tolerated especially when dealing with a child. This day and age we have so many resources available if a parent no longer wanted their child, there are ways to terminate parental rights and get the child in a family that would love and protect them.

This case has had it all. Multiple arrests of the accused and for charges ranging from bad check to interfering with a police investigation to murder. We have had unknown people paying top dollar to post bail for Casey with hopes of finding Caylee.

Even with the monies spent, it done no good. Even with Casey out of jail for that short period of time they were still no closer to finding Caylee.

Then we have statements that were in the media that Casey said Caylee was close to home. I have to wonder if that was her way of trying to lead the search teams back closer to home. I guess we will never know the answer to that question.

This case has odors that were in Casey’s car. People claiming they knew what the odor was but at the same time failed to believe it.

I tell you this case has had almost anything and everything that you could imagine in a criminal case.



People have been talking bad about the Sheriff’s Office and appalled they called off the search for Caylee; I personally think the Sheriff’s Office has done a most outstanding job with this case. They have dedicated an ungodly amount of time and effort in this case.

People cannot believe that Casey has been charged with murdering her daughter without the body to even prove she is dead. I have the utmost confidence in the Sheriff’s Office and FBI and I know they have a case in place and are prepared to prove that case in a court of law.

This case has had the family attorney resigning or being fired. Again it depends on which version you read in the media. I have the utmost respect for Mark NeJames and his choice to no longer be affiliated with the Anthony family. He said in a phone interview he could not support any activity that supported the innocence of Casey Anthony.

Even though most seem to believe Caylee has been deceased since reported missing on Nov. 21 the Anthony’s said that they believe Caylee was in Orlando this week. The family released a photo that was taken Sunday at the Florida Mall by two women with a cell phone camera. The photo shows a girl playing; who they feel looks a lot like Caylee. It has been e-mailed to both the Orange County Sheriff's Office and FBI.
"There are just too many characteristics that stood out that it could be her," said Michelle Bart, the family's new spokesperson. "We're not saying that it is her.

We're saying it's another tip that somebody in the community believed it was her."

Then as we talk about people no longer involved in the case, the primary spokesperson for George and Cindy Anthony announced she will no longer be the primary spokeswoman for the Anthony’s.

Michelle Bart, spokeswoman for the Anthony’s, says the family is suspicious of the circumstances leading to the findings, saying the area where the remains were found has been searched multiple times.

With that announcement, Bart reported the vigil for Caylee was cancelled, but she was still going to attend but not for the purpose of being there for the Anthony family. More twists and turns in this case.

With that said, I think I will end this post for my blog. I have several attachments I have been working on and will get them posted before long. I have been savings details about the case since it started and now working on making the presentable to everyone following my blog. As soon as I have time, I will get them posted.
