Child Porn still means arrest for those that violate the law…

Decaporale apparently took his computer into the shop for some repairs and when the repair shop checked out the hard drive, they found numerous child pornography videos on his laptop.

Of course the computer repair shop in turn called the police.

Now Decaporale did work for the YMCA. Decaporale resigned from his job only a week before his arrest. Decaporale worked for the before and after school programs at Sunset Hills Elementary School in Tarpon Springs.

According to the YMCA, they did complete a background check before hiring Decaporale and he had no previous record before being hired.

The YMCA also stated that his arrest has no relations to the YMCA.

Sheriff Grady Judd asking the public for help

As I posted here about Operation Child Shield, the Sheriff in Polk County decided to ask for the publics help revolving around this case. (and any child abuse case)

As you know more than 40 people have been arrested so far in this child porn sting and now the sheriffs office needs help.

Sheriff Grady Judd states they are working to identify the victim in this case. The sheriff wants to try to bring some sort of justice to those that have suffered the abuse. The detectives are reviewing the pictures and videos for any type of clues that may lead to the identity of the people responsible the videos and pictures.

The detectives realize that most pornographers go out of there way to hide the identity of the filming location and to hide the identity of those responsible, but the Polk County Sheriff is still in hot pursuit of those responsible.

The sheriff said “we urge, we beg, we plead” for the public to get involved and to report any suspected child abuse. The sheriff said they would rather respond to a 1000 calls that may not be true for the opportunity to save a child.

The dedication of this Sheriff to bring those to justice is awesome. We read every day about people being involved in such cases but very seldom do we hear about a continuing effort to bring those responsible to justice.

Maybe it is because the actual pornographers take such precautions to hide all the identity of the filming locations. Maybe it’s the lack of man power to continue with such an investigation, but hopefully with so many arrested maybe someone will talk.

Granted I don’t agree with any plea deal for any one involved in child porn, but if it gets those responsible for the content arrested and in prison it may be well worth a plea deal.

Polk County Child Porn Ring lead to 35 arrest so far…

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office just announced that 35 people have been arrested so far in a child pornography sting.

This group of people arrested in this sting came from every walk of life and covered a wide range of professional type workers to IT people to pilots.

The sheriff said this was the largest undercover investigations of this kind ever in Polk County.

The sting was labeled as Operation Child Shield and started back in February 2008. To date this investigation has landed 31 adults and 4 juveniles in jail.

The sheriff reported that 6 people are still at large. Some of the offenders were already in jail when the arrests were made during this sting operation.

It was also reported that the ages of the victims in this ranged from 1 to 12 years old and the sheriff said that the images were not just children without clothes. The sheriff reported the images were “horrific” displays of children being forced into exposing their genitals, forced to perform sexual acts and images of children being raped.

The images included pictures of male and female victims. The sheriff’s office also said there was about 12,000 child porn images seized as they served 50 search warrants.

One would think that the criminals in that area of Florida would be smart enough not to be involved in any type of child porn crimes over there. I think the Sheriff has made it clear that this type of behavior will not be tolerated over there. But I guess that’s one thing criminals have in common, none of them seem to be very smart.

Granted I know some of them got away again and will continue to avoid arrest for the time being, but they need to know that Sheriff Grady Judd will be right there the minute they mess up to take them down. GO SHERIFF Grady Judd!!!!

Just 2 bad I don’t live in the area that Sheriff Grady Judd has jurisdiction over. Sadly I’m stuck in the Orlando Police Department coverage area and they just don’t seem to care about much of anything that happens unless someone gets murdered. Of course that’s a little late, but sadly that’s the mentality of the useless police department that serves and protects the area I live in.

Even more funny the police seem to think we the people should be concerned that they announced they are going to cut officers from the department. How sad is that, the police officers with their piss poor attitudes when dealing with the public seems to think that we should care that they are going to cut staff. Anyway, I guess that should be in a post of its own.

Remember Al Zimmerman? He went from DCF leader to convicted felon…

Al Zimmerman was sentenced to 24 years and 4 months in federal prison.

Zimmerman was arrested last February for child pornography.

Throughout the investigation it was soon learned that not only was he in possession, but he was also producing the child pornography.

Zimmerman had paid the two boys to be in the video’s he made so he could sell them overseas.

Now for whatever reason there was a plea deal worked out in this case. Some of the charges were dropped altogether. Those charges dropped were possession of child porn, receipt of child porn and obstruction of justice.

The plea deal took care of those charges, but Al Zimmerman did not try to plea on the amount of time that he served. It was reported on TV by different media stations that he wanted the maximum amount of time for his charges.

He got it, 24 years and 4 months.

It makes me wonder if he felt like he was not stable enough to be back in the community or was it because of the shame and embarrassment he would have to face every day from his friends and X co-workers. Maybe in 24 years all those people will forget about the man that was suppose to be here to help protect children but instead was using them in gay porn scenes to sell overseas to get rich quick…

Over in Minneola they have made yet another arrest for possession of child porn. This is another Lake County arrest. People need to learn this behavior is not tolerated in Lake County.

Now even though we read almost daily news about Lake County and the arrest there, we have to wonder if these sex offenders have called Lake County their home and they have all flocked there as a place to live and search for child porn.

Now granted I have not done any arrest comparisons between Lake and another other county in Florida, but it just seems that on a very regular basis we read about these arrests being made in Lake County. What is happening over there in Lake County?

Could it be a not so populated area and people think they can get away with these crimes there?

Anyway, back to the post...

Even though it was one arrest, they made this one arrest worth while.
(Keep in mind that is a figure of speech, any single arrest for child porn is worth while.)

Jason Hussey, 38, was charged with 50 felony charges of possession of chills porn.

Even though his arrest may have left some unanswered questions to many, it’s still good to know that yet another sex offender in Lake County is in jail.

The report released to the media failed to comment on how the investigation into Hussey’s criminal behavior started, nor where there any details of when or where he was arrested at. None the less he is in jail and has a bond of $250,000.

Of the few details released, it was reported that he was in possession of dozens of pictures of children engaged in sexual acts.

They reported dozens, I’m just guessing here but I think that number would probably be 50.

FBI -- Dorothy Prawdzik sentenced to 30 years for child porn...

Here's one we don't hear a lot about, a woman was sentenced to 30 years for child pornography. Dorothy Prawdzik, of Colwyn, Pennsylvania, was sentenced to 30 years in prison for her role in the manufacture of child pornography by her boyfriend.

Delaware County Woman Sentenced to 30 Years in Child Pornography Case
PHILADELPHIA—Dorothy Prawdzik, 45, of Colwyn, Pennsylvania, was sentenced today to 30 years in prison, by United States District Judge Lawrence F. Stengel, for her role in the manufacture of child pornography by her boyfriend John Worman, announced United States Attorney Laurie Magid. A jury convicted Prawdzik of all 15 counts against her at trial in September 2008. Worman was convicted of all 56 counts. Worman had installed a video camera in the bathroom wall of a home for the purposes of videotaping children as they used the toilet, undressed, and showered. Prawdzik also participated in the sexual abuse of the children by undressing them for the camera, spreading their legs, and photographing their genitals. She also turned over a 10-month old to Worman and watched as he attempted vaginal sex, sexually abused the infant, and participated in the videotaping of the sexual assault.

“The depravity exhibited in this case is beyond comprehension,” said Magid. “This defendant’s actions resulted in extraordinary sexual abuse of defenseless children, which may have a profound impact on the victims for years to come. Based on Judge Stengel’s sentence of 30 years, this defendant will pay the price for engaging in such horrendous crimes.”

This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative designed to protect children from online exploitation and abuse. Led by the United States Attorneys’ Offices, Project Safe Childhood marshals federal, state and local resources to better locate, apprehend, and prosecute individuals who exploit children via the Internet, as well as identify and rescue victims. The case was investigated by the Criminal Investigation Division of the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. It was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Michelle Rotella.

Adrijk Duran, a Disney worker in possession of child porn arrested.

Adrijk Duran, 20, has been arrested. Duran resides in Lake County and was arrested at his Clermont home on Monday 03-15-2009.

According to the police, Duran had several images on his computer that had pictures of children as young as 3 involved in sexual acts with other children and adults.

Duran waived his right to remain silent and admitted to downloading the pictures.

Duran said the reason he downloaded them was he was curious about them.

Duran went on to tell the police that over the last year he had been involved in child porn and had been collecting child porn pictures.

Even though Duran was reported as a Disney worker, he actually is a 3rd party vendor that does business on the Disney property. Duran worked for Crystal Magic and made laser engravings on crystals that were sold at Disney.

Even though they are reporting that Duran’s job did not cause him to be around children, he has been placed on unpaid leave.

How could one make a statement like employment at Disney did not cause him to have direct contact with children?

Unless they kept Duran locked in a back room, he would be exposed to children every second of every day that he was at work. Granted I don’t know what the percentage of children are the guests of Disney, but one would think there is a rather large number of children there every single day.

Just my thoughts, of course I have to understand that I would also probably be saying the same thing if I were with that company. I certainly would not want people to think their children were at risk of being exposed to a sexual predator while visiting the parks.

Anyway, Duran has been arrested and is still in jail.

His charges included 10 counts of possession of child pornography.

Each charge had a $10,000 bond assigned to it and he is scheduled to appear in court again on 04/13/2009

After all this time I thought that was just an old saying, Chester the child molester…

Not the case with this conviction.










Chester Arthur Stiles was convicted on 22 felonies which included sexual assault. Chester now faces multiple life prison terms and has to wait until May 8 for sentencing.

Now you ask how rack up so many charges. The answer is simple. Chester in his ultimate wisdom made a video.

19 of his charges stemmed from a videotape that Chester made of himself with a 2 year old girl.

Now once again as I have talked about here before, what do you do with the video tapes of criminal activities?

I would think they would be hidden or destroyed after the content sold or what ever he was doing with the content, but not Chester.

Chester hid the video in a desert lot about 60 miles west of Las Vegas. Apparently Chester did not do a very good job of hiding the tape since it was found, which in turn caused yet another man to be arrested in this case.

The man that found the tape finally gave the tape to the police in 2007, 5 months after he found it.

The police ended up charging him for conspiracy to obstruct a public officer for the delay in turning in the tape. That man later pleaded guilty to his charge.
Now this brings up an interesting point, what would you do if you were the one that found the tape?

If you watched it and seen what was on the tape, would you have turned it over to the police immediately? Or just destroyed the tape?

As much as I think the right thing to do would be to turn it over to the police immediately, I would still fear prosecution of being in possession of child porn.
With the police as they are now, I don’t know if I could turn it in or not. Granted its awesome this tape was turned in and this man was arrested and now taken off the streets for the rest of his life, but one would really have to consider the serious consequences that could happen with turning the tape over.

Now in this case, there was no information released as to way the man kept the tape for 5 months. If he kept it to watch it, he needed to be charged.

The judge even allowed the jury to watch the tape. The judge cleared the courtroom of all the public, except for 5 reporters and they all watched the tape in court.
The judge said the recording was clearly child pornography in its most graphic form.
When police initially received the tape they were not sure who the victim or abuser was so they turned to the public for help. There was images released from the video of the victim and abuser and finally someone was able to identify the man.
Once Chester was identified it was learned that he was a fugitive in a case involving a 6 year old girl that he molested in 2003.

The 2 year old girl’s mother denies knowing anything about this incident, and If I were here I would deny everything as well.

The mother said she was living with a friend and her family and at the time her friend was dating Chester.

This is an interesting case as far as the video tape was concerned.

Obviously there was no DNA, there was no testimony from the 2 year old and the tape was a copy. So they didn’t even know if the tape had been altered.

But Chester sat there through the trial and never said a word and never took the stand.

Chester also faces federal charges of producing child pornography, which could carry a sentence of 15 to 30 years in federal prison. That trial is set for April 6 in Las Vegas.

Of all the people to be arrested for child porn, Al Zimmerman, formerly of the FDCF

The Former spokesperson for the Florida Department of Children and Families decided to plea guilty in Federal Court to child pornography charges.

Zimmerman, 41, was caught in February of last year for possession of child porn.

The former spokespersons at first plead not guilty to the charges but changed his mind. As with most plea deals there comes a deal for the defendant and this case was no different. In exchange for his guilty plea Zimmerman was able to have charges of child porn, receipt of child porn and obstruction of justice charges dropped.

What a shame. I personally think that people like this should be charged with any possible charge allowed by law and dealt with in the most serve way. I personally think there should never be a plea deal allowed in cases like this.

Zimmerman plead guilty of production of child porn. Zimmerman would pay young males to produce the porn and then his intention were to sale the porn overseas.

Zimmerman was charged with eight second-degree felony counts. Police say Zimmerman paid a 16- and 17-year-old to perform lewd acts.

Even with the plea deal, Zimmerman still faces anywhere from 15 to 30 years.

And yes there is more to this store…

Gay love and what does one do to prove his gay love to his lover? Destroy evidence of course.

Michael Hernandez was also fired as a result of this case. Hernandez admitted to a sexual relationship he had with Zimmerman and I guess at some point in this case Hernandez wanted to help his lover and try to help destroy evidence of his crimes.

So Hernandez confessed during the investigation that he deleted files from Zimmerman’s work issued laptop and also confessed that he went to Zimmerman’s home and took his home computer and threw it in a trash bin.

For some reason Hernandez hasn’t been charged with any crime. I wonder why? Just his confession alone sounds like tampering with evidence or obstruction of justice.

I guess we may never know why Hernandez wasn’t charged but it would be interesting to know why.

This case is sickening. The very people that are suppose to be here to provide the services to children were the very people involved in producing porn with the same children they were suppose to protect.

Note: of the several victims there were only 2 listed in the criminal complaint that reportedly took place in the nude photos with Zimmerman. There was mention of at least 4 teens that took place in this with Zimmerman in the arrest report.

The alleged incidents took place in Hillsborough and Orange Counties.

1 of the teens was in the custody of DCF.
