The old video camera on the shoe trick, lands dad in jail.

That’s right, Lowis Garcia, III has been arrested for video voyeurism.






Now it’s bad enough that this man was making videos by placing a camera on his shoe and then putting his foot in an area where he could look up the skirts of many women.

But Lowis Garcia, III took his 5 year old son along with him.

A lady was shopping and claimed that the video camera was pointed up her skirt and she called the police.

It took a few weeks but police finally caught up with Lowis Garcia, III and they were able to recover at least 77 up skirt videos. 51 of the videos showed unsuspecting women being taped at different department stores.

Anyway, his video voyeurism days are over for now, he is in the Osceola County jail.

A man brought his 5-year-old son along and attached a camera to his shoe so he could record a voyeur video from beneath a woman's skirt, according to deputies in Osceola County.

He has also been arrested for child abuse charges.

At least this time it wasn’t a teacher arrested for sex crimes….

Charles Gardiner III is now on PAID leave from his job as a night custodian at New Smyrna Beach High School.

Once again here we go again with this paid leave stuff, why do you pay people that have been arrested? I will never understand that at all. If you break the law, your pay should be something you expect to lose with your arrest. Anyway…

According to the media reports Gardiner, 35, did admit to the police that he has sexual relations with a teenaged female two years ago off campus. The teenager was 13.

Not a lot more was released regarding this case so we don’t know if the teenager finally came forward or finally told her parents, we will just have to watch this case for more information.

Of course you guys know me and of course I have a lot of questions regarding this case and first and foremost if he was a night custodian, how did he meet this girl to start with?
What was the girl doing with him off campus?

Just a lot of little details about this case that we will not know probably until Gardiner makes it to court.

Anyway, Gardiner is in the Volusia County Jail on a $10,000 bond.

Can you really be arrested for walking around naked in your own home?

Well in Springfield, VA you can be. Just ask Eric Williamson.

According to Williamson he was in the process of moving out and since he was home alone he decided to make some breakfast, have some coffee and pack up a few things all while being naked.

But sadly for Williamson, a lady decided to walk through his yard with her 7 year old son on the way to the bus stop and while she was in Williamson’s yard, the lady could see Williamson inside his home naked.

The lady decided to call the police.

The police were unsure what to do and called a judge and the judge decided to issue a warrant for Williamson’s arrest.

Now the police are reporting that Williamson isn’t in trouble for being naked inside his home, its being reported that he is in trouble for flaunting it. The victim I guess is claiming that Williamson was flaunting it.

Now it should be interesting to hear what her version of flaunting it means. Was it a quick peep as he walked by naked? Or did the lady keep her 7 year old son there with her to watch him flaunt?

I don’t know if I would be more embarrassed to see someone naked inside their own home or if I would be more embarrassed to be the one that stood there and watched my naked neighbor flaunt it.

At least Williamson was moving out of his house. According to Williamson there was a path that people used to cut through his yard and the lady was using that path.

So I guess the moral of the story is even though there is a short cut, there may be consciences you have to pay for taking that short cut.

Don’t get me wrong, I understand the “plain view” laws in Virginia but was there really any intention to violate the law by being naked in your own home. The statute Williamson has been charged with is very clear that there has to be an intention and I’m not sure there was any intention in this case. Like it said it will all come down to how long the victim was there “peeping” on her neighbor with her 7 year old son in tow and how the victim defines flaunting it.

Serial Rapist Freed, Mother Dies….

Let me just point out now, that the courts or no one else has called Kareem Merthie a serial rapist, however, he was convicted of raping at least 20 children. I personally think that should have him classified as a serial rapist...






Kareem Merthie, 26, now has a reason to celebrate. He is being released from prison after he had been locked up for almost a decade for raping children.

During the court hearing that freed Merthie, his mother, Ruth Merthie, stepped out of the hearing and then collapsed in the hallway. She was rushed to the emergency room and was later pronounced dead.

So what’s the big deal about this case? Kareem Merthie had preyed on as many as 20 children.

Kareem Merthie abused the children at the church that his dad was the pastor of.

Now we have some “smart” (actually mean stupid people) saying Merthie is not classified as an active violent sexually predator.

I wonder why? Could it be he has been locked up for a decade? And there’s no children in prison for him to abuse? And some dumb*ss thinks he will be just fine back out on the streets.

The mental health experts said Merthie was a different person now after he attended intense therapy in prison.

I wonder what that therapy consisted of?


Counselor: Do you promise not to rape children anymore

Merthie: Yes I promise, I have found God in prison and I’m now a saved man and promise not to touch any little boy ever again…

Now the best part is even though he was sent to a state mental hospital as a “Jimmy Ryce” offender, which means he is still dangerous, now the mental health workers feels he is safe to return to the community.

Then the judge had to open his mouth and say Merthie was cleared to return to society once again.

If I were a betting man, I should complete a poll and take bets on the amount of time it takes Merthie to end up back in jail for sexually abusing yet another child.

So much for strike 3 and you’re out…. Jeffrey Eymann faces 1200 counts of molestation of a child under the age of 12.

Jeffrey Eymann, 53, is in jail after his ex-girlfriend’s daughter finally spoke up and told about the molestation she has been going through for years.

The DCF received an anonymous tip that Eymann had been sexually abusing the child.

Throughout the course of this investigation, Eymann confesses to the molestation and reported the he had been touching the girl 5 times a week for over a 5 year period.

There wasn’t a lot of information released about this case, except that Eymann was arrested for 1200 counts of lewd or lascivious molestation on a child under the age of 12.

This case makes one wonder where mom was during these sexual moments. Did mom leave her daughter with her boyfriend? Did she really have no clue that for the last 5 years this was taking place?

Hopefully it’s not another case like the one I just read about in PA, where mom gave her 13 year old daughter drugs and alcohol so mom’s boyfriend could impregnate her daughter all because mom wanted another child. Apparently mom thought if her daughter had a baby, she could claim it as her own. (I will probably do a post on that case before long)

I hope mom really did not have any knowledge of the sexual assaults prior to his arrest.

But this day and age, one can never tell. How sick can people be?

As of the time of this post there was no jail information available and the court site seems to be off line as well. I will post updates as soon as I can get more information.

In Michigan a 19 year old man was arrested for repeatedly raping a 12 year old boy.
Now we hear of sex crimes everyday with children and the details of this case have left a lot of unanswered questions.

Codey Hawks of Burton meet a 12 year old boy while playing a video game and at some point and time Hawks decided to get on a bus and travel to Parma so he could stay with the 12 year old and play Xbox games.

Now there have not been a lot of details released about this case and one has to wonder where the parents of the 12 year old were during these encounters and how does a complete stranger manage to move in with a 12 year old boy?

At some point it was reported to the police that the 12 year old had been repeatedly raped by Hawks.

Hawks was arrested and charged with 7 counts of rape and 4 counts of gross sexual imposition.

Hawks used the player name Reikon666 on XBOX…

Registered Sex Offender Back in Jail, Michael Stevens Arrested

Michael Stevens, 50, has been arrested and being held with no bond for the molestation of 2 young girls. The girls are 9 and 12 years old.

This time apparently a mother of one of the girls caught Stevens in the act and notified police.

The investigators learned that Stevens has molested the girls on several different occasions.

Apparently Stevens was an “acquaintance” of one of the girl’s mother.

Stevens has been a sex offender ever since his 1991 conviction of sexual battery on a minor in Orange County.

Shaun Earl Arender now convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison.

Shaun Earl Arender, 21, will spend the rest of his life in prison.








In September 2007, Hanna Mack, 6, was found hanging from the rafter of her family’s garage.

Her mother found her when it would have been time for her to be getting ready for school. Throughout the investigation there was DNA samples taken from Hanna’s shirt and the results showed Arender was a possible match.

As part of the plea deal, Arender made the deal and then had to testify about the murder as part of the deal.

The affidavit said that Hanna Mack was sexually assaulted and she had died of asphyxiation.

The district attorney said it was his sole decision to seek the death penalty or life without parole. The attorney also said his job was to make sure justice was served for Hanna Mack and the citizens of Navarro County.

It’s a shame that we the taxpayers have to support this child killer for the rest of his life.

Facebook Scam could get Anthony Stancl up to 300 years in prison…

Sex, Sex, Sex and more Sex.

That was apparently all Anthony Stancl thought about.










Anthony Stancl, 18, has been arrested in the Milwaukee area.

His charges include:

5 Counts of Child Enticement
2 Counts Second-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child
2 Counts Third Degree Sexual Assault
Possession of Child Pornography
Repeated Sexual Assault of the Same Child

And if that wasn’t enough

He has also been charged with making a BOMB Threat…

I have not read all the information about this arrest that I have found but I need to go back and try to figure out where the bomb threat comes into play in this case.

Anyway, how does an 18 year old get arrested for those crimes?

Well it was pretty simple. He created a false Facebook account.

Remember Lori Drew? Her supports feel that it should be perfectly legal to create false account and no one should be held accountable for their on line actions.

This case emphasizes my argument of we need to be held accountable for our on line actions and the only way to do that is to ensure people cannot use fake anonymous identities on line and then we would see a major decrease in cyber crimes.

In this case Anthony Stancl decided to create that fake account and pose as a female student and he was able to trick 31 guys into sending him nude pictures of themselves. Stancl in his fake accounts used the name of

Now he might have got away with this if he left it at collecting pictures but for Stancl, he wanted more.

So he used the nude pictures of the boys to blackmail them into having sexual acts with him. Stancl went as far as trying to manipulate one of the 15 year old boys that he had regular encounters with to take nude pictures of his brother. The boy refused and notified his parents and then the police.

The defense attorney for Stancl stated he already plans to plead not guilty and then he wants to reach a plea deal with the State.

In the criminal complaint, 31 victims were indentified and interviewed according to the media reporting on this case. More than half of the students interviewed said the girl they thought they were communicating with tired to get them to meet with a male friend and let him perform sex acts on them.

This is where the blackmail comes into play; if the students refused the girl would tell them if they did not meet Stancl and let him perform sex acts on them or them on Stancl then she would send the nude pictures and video clips of them to their friends and post the images and videos on the internet.

Got to love cell phones, during the encounters Stancl apparently would video tape the encounters with his cell phone and use that to further blackmail his victims.

During his scam, Stancl was able to collect about 300 images of his fellow students with some being as young as 15.

Stancl ran this scam for some amount of time I think they said he ran it from spring of 2007 until November.

And finally the bomb threat comes into play. Stancl was questioned about the bomb threat that he allegedly sent to teachers and if that wasn’t bad enough he was dumb enough to write about the bobm threat on the school’s bathroom wall.

That threat of course caused a lot of chaos. The New Berlin Eisenhower Middle and High School were closed until they learned it was only a prank bomb threat.

Stancl made his initial appearance Wednesday in Waukesha County Circuit Court in Waukesha and was ordered held on $250,000 bail.

Now this case is bad enough because of the charges and the actions that Stancl took. But to make a bad matter even worse; you have the judge saying that in his 7.5 years on the bench that this was the most horrific complaint the court has ever reviewed.
This is not a good way to start off your criminal proceeding.

The judge even went as far to keep Stancl on a $250,000 because the court is extremely concerned if Stancl will return to court since he is facing 293 years in prison.

Now the courts also imposed the following conditions of his bail,

Stancl cannot Access any Computer
Stancl cannot Access any Cell Phone or Internet Capable Device
Stancl cannot be on any school grounds, including the parking lots
Stancl cannot have any contact with any victim or any minor
And Last but not least
Stancl cannot even enter the New Berlin Public Library

Apparently during his court appearance it was reported that Stancl had allegedly left a not on a fellow students windshield of his car, the note read, I know what you told police and ended with this wasn’t going to end up well as a result of that.

The defense attorney was a little upset with the high bond and said his client was cooperative with police and is not a flight risk. The defense also stated that only one side of the story has been heard at this point and time.

Now as I read more about this case, I learned more about the bomb threats.
I'm still not sure why the bomb threats came into play in this case and maybe as we learn more about this case Stancl can give us some insight on why he made the bomb threats.

Apparently there were 2 bomb threats. The one on the bathroom wall said “Bomb 11/14/08” and the second threat was sent by email. The school administrators received an email that stated Good luck tomorrow boom. It won’t be your average one either. It will be one that is manned but not by me but by those who follow me.

During the court hearing Stancl admitted that he was involved in the threats but there was never a bomb, he sent the email to make it a better story.

I guess it was a better story and with all the stories Stancl has told, this one is the winner. Stancl’s stories could cost him the rest of his life in prison.

Yet another sad case to be heard by the courts, another teenager has just lost his life as he knows it now. The actions he took and threats he made is pathetic and it’s sad to think that a young man had to go through such a long detailed criminal encounter just to enjoy sex.

As with any case this one would be even more so interesting to know more about the life of Stancl. What lead him to such actions and why? Was Stancl incapable of finding a date if he posted as himself?

Stancl was initially released when he was arrested for the bomb threats since they did not feel he was a threat to the community.

Then his Facebook scam was un-covered as the 15 year old boy decided not to involve his own brother in this scam and told his parents and police what Stancl had been doing.

Thank God the 15 year old was man enough to finally say enough is enough and reported this action to his parents and police. Stancl apparently operated this scam for almost about a year.

James Blue has been accused of impersonating a police officer.

Blue decided it was time for him to work the street as a cop. He went out and got a fake police badge and went out on patrol in his undercover police car.(A 1995 Pontiac Firebird)

It wasn’t long before Blue found an 18 year old victim and he coerced her into his car and then drove to an area of S. Fort Harrison Ave and then made the victim perform sexual acts in lieu of being arrested and taken to jail.

How funny would it have been if the victim refused? Would Blue been dumb enough to actually drive her to the jail?

I guess Blue never thought that the victim would rat him out since he done her such a big favor by not taking her to jail.

Anyway, Blue’s pathetic and desperate need for sexual activity landed him in jail for kidnapping, sexual battery and impersonating a police officer.

Police arrested Blue at his place of work and they were able to recover the fake police badge during the search of his undercover Firebird.

Of course, this is my opinion only, but I think Blue probably defines undercover a little different than any actual police officer.

According to the Sheriff’s Site Blue has a bail of $420,000

Police feel there may be other victims.

Ryan Donahue arrested for sex crimes against a 5 year old girl.

People just don’t learn do they? Every day we read about child molestation cases or cases involving children and yet people still continue to mess with children.





This Titusville teenager, Ryan Donahue, 18, messed with the wrong child and was arrested for sex crimes against a 5 year old girl.




Police reported that Donahue was left to take care of the child while his parents left the house Thursday and that’s when the most recent molestation occurred.

Donahue I guess thought the victim would not say anything but after she was picked up on Thursday night, the victim told her parents what happened and then the 5 year old told her parents even more disturbing news…

She told her parents there had been other incidents that happened over the last year.

Now police want to talk to everyone that left there children there in case there are more victims.

Right now Donahue faces 3 counts of sexual battery and 3 counts of lewd and lascivious behavior.

Laura Donahue said she is voluntarily closing the day and she feels sad for everyone. Apparently Donahue would leave the children with her son, Ryan, and she would rum errands for different parents while they were working and she would even go as far to provide transportation to some of the children and that left Ryan in charge while she was gone.

Now with the details of the investigation that was released, it was reported that Ryan did admit to at least 6 different occasions where he molested the 5 year old.

Ryan is now a resident of Brevard County jail.

I could not even begin to imagine the grief his mother feels over this incident. Reading other blogs and media reports some people have spoken very highly of Laura Donahue. I hope people can take the time to remember her during there on line comments.

She certainly does not deserve to be attacked or insulted in anyway because of the actions of her son and her choice of religion certainly doesn’t need to be attacked.

No one except anonymous bloggers have even tried to make this into a religious incident and even though it sounds like Ryan Donahue could have used a little more faith and belief in his religion, this case certainly isn’t based on religion. Don’t lose the sight of what happened and try to make it something it’s not.

Sex, Sex, Sex and more Sex Crimes, this time with a Minor and Mans Best Friend. David & Carla Maldonado arrested.

The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a couple for committing sex acts with a 15 year old girl and dogs they adopted from a kennel.

Carla had worked for the human society for a long time and had been adopting dogs for sex. She has been fired from her position there.

The management of the Humane Society turned over a compact disc showing Carla engaging in sexual activities with dogs.

Now just like the stupid criminals video tapping the marijuana they were giving a 2 and 4 year old, what would you do with a CD that you recorded illegal activities on?

Well the Maldonado’s seems to be about as smart as the dope smoking idiots that let the tape be discovered by the police.

How the management of the Humane Society ended up with the disc, I don’t know, but they got it and turned it over to the police.

Now if that’s not bad enough Carla was smart enough to also include 16 pictures of her engaging in sexual activities with a 15 year old girl.

The girl was identified as an acquaintance of the family and she is now 19 years old.

Her husband was the photographer for the scenes they shot with the minor and the dogs.

Now as scary as it may be, police seized 2 computers from the couple’s home. One could only imagine what the police will find on those computers. Almost sickening to even think about, its bad enough to have sexual relations with a minor, but to also include mans best friend, the family dogs.

Both Carla and David were charged with providing the victim with alcohol and encouraging the participation in the sex acts.

Garrison Skabelund AKA Garrison Colby wanted for son’s abuse.

We hear cases all the time about teachers and other sexual predators sneaking around and having sexual relations with children, this case is a little different.


This time America’s Most Wanted is the biological father.

Garrison (Skabelund) Colby idolized the infamous Colby family from the 1980’s soap opera Dynasty.

Authorities said he adored the Colby family so much that he actually changed his name to Colby.

Colby started his own family in AZ. He was married and ended up having 6 children.

Colby. 43, was working as a financial adviser and apparently had a break down and decided to let his wife know of his sexual relations with one of his sons.

Colby had been molesting one of his sons for 6 years.

Garrison Colby was arrested and released. He was placed on house arrest so authorities could monitor his whereabouts.

I guess you know what’s coming next. Just days before his April 15, 2008 court date, Colby cut off the ankle bracelet and ran.

Police are now looking for Colby and need help finding him.

Colby was even nice enough to drain the family checking account and he left his wife with no money.

Colby’s car was located at San Diego International Airport.

They think Colby may be hiding out in a Mormon community, AMW reports Colby speaks fluent Spanish and has a large mole on his upper left thigh.

14 arrested for child porn charges in Polk County.

The Sheriff warned those not arrested this time that they are coming after them as well.

The Sheriff made that statement after they arrested a total of 14 people for child porn charges.

In the news release, we learned that more than 40,000 pictures and movies were seized.

The sheriff’s office also seized the computers used. The statement also said that some of the images were of children two years old.

Now what I find really sad is the fact that someone actually took pictures and videos of children two years old. What the F%&( ???

Is this something that parents are doing to make money? Regardless of the reason for doing this, I hope they can track the pictures and videos and arrest the parents responsible for allowing this to happen to their child.

The Sheriff also said they were able to get a lot of information about people outside of Polk County and that information has been passed along to the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and hopefully they can arrest a lot more for these crimes.

This is what’s makes me sick about the Nebraska court ruling. The defense attorney thinks its fun and games to make an 11 year old that was sexually assaulted when she was 7 years old to appear in front of her attacker.

We, defense attorneys included, have to protect the children. Not set sexual predators free and get them back out on the street to roam among the children.

Anyway back to this case. Sorry that case makes me sick because the Supreme Court said in their opinion they recognize the need to protect children, yet they over turn a conviction because a trial judge allowed the child protection.

It should be interesting to see how many more people are arrested as a result of this investigation.

Well I said when I done the post on the prostitution arrest in Polk, I don’t know what would be worse. To actually be arrested or have your name posted all over the internet to let people know you have been arrested for child porn.

Forrest Silas, 48, of Lakeland, two counts possession and one count promotion.

And just like the prostitution arrest, the ages range from 20’s to 70’s.

Just makes one wonder if the 70 year old have been doing this stuff since they were 20 and just now getting caught.

I just think it’s amazing that for both stings the ages were of such a wide range.

Craigslist or Crimelist?? 13 arrested in Polk County

Well Craigslist is becoming crimelist.

Watch for the official name change soon…lol.(Just joking, there is no name change planned that I know of for Craigslist.)

Since Craigslist continuously refuses to remove the Erotic Section of their site, law enforcement in Polk County elected to use Craigslist to benefit them.

Undercover detectives posing as prostitutes went to work and posted their free ads for everyone to read.

Now I don’t understand how Craigslist can allow people to post the X rated pictures and ads you see there everyday. Any other X Rated site has to have warnings, membership areas , age verification and meet all these regulations to comply with law while Craigslist just does not care. Any child of any age can go right into Craigslist and see all the free porn pictures posted there free of charge.

Since Craigslist openly acknowledges the problems with the Erotic Section, they claim that removing the Erotic Section will only cause problems for other people posting in all the different categories.

I find this case to be pretty funny actually Craigslist refuses to work with Law Enforcement to address the prostitution problem on their site so Law Enforcement uses the same site to affect the arrest of 13 men in this one undercover sting.

The men arrested ranged from age of 33 and 74. The Sheriff’s Office reported that the men went to an undercover location to engage in sex with a female prostitute, however once they arrived they found Polk County Deputies waiting to arrest them.

The Sheriff said this is not the first time they have used the site for a sting operation.

50-year-old Richard Paul Kemper, of Lithia. Kemper told detectives he is a Hillsborough County Middle School Teacher.

I guess we should be happy this teacher did not have sex with a student! lol

74-year old George L. Gressett of Poinciana - Gressett is charged with Soliciting Another to Commit Lewdness and Prostitution. Gressett told detectives he was retired.

44-year old John Charles Renna of Lakeland - Renna is charged with Soliciting Another to Commit Lewdness and Prostitution. Renna told detectives he is a self-employed electrician.

45-year old Mark Allyn Graffrath of Lakeland - Graffrath is charged with Soliciting Another to Commit Lewdness, Prostitution and Battery. Graffrath told detectives he is a mechanic.

37-year old Bradley Richard Lowe of Winter Haven - Lowe is charged with Soliciting Another to Commit Lewdness and Prostitution. Lowe told detectives he is a paint store manager.

50-year old Thomas David Castle of Riverview - Castle is charged with Soliciting Another to Commit Lewdness. Castle told detectives he works for a software developer.

52-year old Anthony Avery Harvard of Winter Haven - Harvard is charged with Soliciting Another to Commit Lewdness and Prostitution. Harvard told detectives he is a citrus buyer.

33-year old Gregory Daniel Polk of Apopka - Polk is charged with Soliciting Another to Commit Lewdness and Prostitution. Polk told detectives he works in financial services.

44-year old Kerry K. Saruwatari of Lakeland - Saruwatari is charged with Soliciting Another to Commit Lewdness and Prostitution. Saruwatari told detectives he is a software developer.

42-year old Richard F. Kronz of Davenport - Kronz is charged with Soliciting Another to Commit Lewdness, Prostitution and Battery. Kronz told detectives he is a mechanic.

45-year old Terry Gene Lipply of Lakeland - Lipply is charged with Soliciting Another to Commit Lewdness, Prostitution and Battery. Lipply told detectives he is a self-employed carpenter.

56-year old Gerald S. Chrethien of Plant City - Chretien is charged with Soliciting Another to Commit Lewdness and Prostitution. Chrethien told detectives he is a truck driver.

42-year old Randy Thomas Whitfield of Lakeland - Whitfield is charged with Soliciting Another to Commit Lewdness and Prostitution. Whitfield told detectives he works in construction.

I don’t know what would be worse, getting caught or having my name and picture posted all over the internet to let everyone know that I had to resort to Craigslist for a male or female prostitute.

Oh well since I don’t use that service, my advice to you is not to use it either. If Craigslist was a responsible company and would make any attempt to block illegal ads, these 13 men may have never been arrested. But Craigslist stands firm that they do nothing wrong with what they do. Now with sting operations all over stemming from Craigslist, you never know who you are talking too to set up your erotic night.

That’s right over in SANFORD Kelly Lumadue, 33, was convicted of having sex with a 5-year-old child and will spend the rest of her life in prison. Life without the possibility of parole I might add.

Lumadue was actually 21 at the time when she decided to have sex with a 5 year old.

Now it gets worse, her husband who was a pornographer recorded the sessions.
Now that her husband as passed, she is now claiming to have perform the sexual acts with a child under duress from her husband.

The relationship between Lumadue and the child has not been released. From reading the media reports on line it appears she was arrested in 2003, years after the sessions and she was found guilty last year. However for some reason a judge has elected to order a new trial for Lumadue.

Now how does one get caught having sex with a 5 yr old? Not likely the 5 yr old would call the police to report the crime and since no relationship status between Lumadue and the victim has been released, we have to revert back to the garbage collector.

That’s right, the garbage collector. He found some tapes outside Lumadue home in Volusia County. Apparently he took the tapes home and reviewed them and then turned them over to the police.

Lumadue was arrested shortly thereafter.

When is enough, enough?

Ryan Christopher Wilborn, 22 was arrested on Monday. He has allegedly seduced a child over the internet.

Wilborn apparently had a history of communicating with minors on line. Some how the Sheriff’s Office received a tip in July of the communications Wilborn was having with minors on line.

Wilborn had been chatting with someone he thought was a minor, and under the age of 16. The chats were sexually explicit.

After some chats a meeting was arranged for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity.

What Wilborn failed to realize is he was chatting with a Detective from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office Crimes Against Children Unit.

Wilborn soon found out who he had been talking too as he arrived at the undisclosed location, he was arrested.

John Vazquez

John Vazquez apparently had no issues with having sex with an underage girl. A lot of details are not available about this case at this time, but what we do know is John Vazquez is in jail for sexually battery.

New Port Richey Police has charged John Vazquez with sexual battery after he impregnated an underage girl. Vazquez was 33 at the time of the incident and the girl was 12 when she gave birth.

Vasquez was arrested in Orange County where he had a Winter Park address. He has been transferred to Pasco County Jail.

Vasquez bond has been set at $75,000.

Carl Cocking wanted sex with a minor.

Carl Cocking, 35, is accused of trying to get parents to allow him to have sex with their children.

Seems Cocking was in an internet char room called “kids R us” and not looking for children, but looking for parents that would allow someone to have sex with their children.

Cocking apparently found someone to chat with. However, it was deputies that posed as the parents of a 12 year old girl.

As the chat progressed, they arranged a meeting. Cocking was to meet with the parents (deputies) on Tuesday in Brandon.

Cocking, instead of meeting a 12 year old girl was arrested.

According to the Sheriff’s web site he was charged with computer pornography, traveling to meet a minor.

He was released from jail on a 2,000.00 surety bond.

Day Care Worker Arrested, Again...

A day care worker is arrested again on sex charges.

A Pasco County day care worker has been arrested for the second time in less than a week on sex charges.

Brian Michael Lane, 29, already accused of the molestation of a 4 year old, was taken into custody on Monday for sexually assaulting a 10 year old boy.

Seems Lane has been pretty busy at the Sugar Plum First Class Preschool in Hudson with extra activities he was involved in. According to arrest reports Lane assaulted the 10 year old boy at least 10 times in the last year.

It was not released if the second boy was assaulted at the day care center; it just stated this took place between January and March of this year.

Lanes first arrest last Thursday for putting his hands down a 4 year old boys pants more than once during August 2007 and January 2008.

Lane did bond out of jail over the weekend on the first arrest and is expected to appear in court this morning.
